Doctor gaslit me & I was snickered about by staff throughout.If you want easy patients with simple, clean, dry eye issues, or if that's all you have expertise or capacity to handle, why do you have a sign on the front desk pretending you can handle complex and intimate PII re: other issues **see your front desk sign encouraging patients to talk about other issues affecting them--boasting of your "skilled nurses" working there. I did not see qualified care, or ethical treatment other than dilating my pupils. The nurse also misinterpreted all that I described to her and the doctor walked in having no clue why I was there.

I scheduled my eye appointment and had the person making my appointment confirmed that I was…read moreeligible for a frame allowance. They confirmed that I was. I then did the eye exam and went to purchase my glasses where they told me I wasn't eligible for frames for another 30 days. That was honestly the first thing I asked before I booked the appointment. Once I realized I wasn't eligible for frames. I asked them to print out the prescription so that I could come back when I was eligible at a later date. When I went to check out, they had charged me for lens screening that my vision plan did not cover. They did not ask me and did not tell me that it wasn't covered by my insurance plan. they just assumed that I would pay for the service. I went back in yesterday. I looked frames for a good 15 minutes. No one acknowledged me at all. I walked out. Which I was very disappointed with myself because I swore I would never walk foot in there again. To make matters worse, I took my prescription down to Warby Parker only to find that Central Oregon had held my prescription so I was not eligible to get glasses or frames anywhere else since they had put a lock on my account. The ophthalmologist that did my exam was really good. That is all that I have to say about this experience. I will never be going back there again.
