On the day of my Saturday appointment, Dr. Chin was behind schedule because an elderly patient required extra care. After waiting for an hour, they finally asked Dr. Miki to examine me. I'm so glad I saw Dr. Miki instead, otherwise this review would have had negative stars (I know that's not possible, but you know what I mean). The week of my eye exam, I had really bad vertigo and missed work for 3 days straight. The urgent care dr that I saw told me to go to the ER if the vertigo didn't improve. On the day of my appointment I was still experiencing mild vertigo and the Friday before I had numbness on my left hand. I was glad I had my eye appointment because I know they can dilate my eyes and also do eye mapping to see if there's something going on with me. Not only did Dr. Miki squeeze me into her schedule, but she did a thorough examination. She thought it was something that needed to be seen by the ER doctors so she wrote a dr's note asking them to run some tests and conduct an MRI just to make sure. She even gave me her personal cell number so I can have the ER call her with any questions, with instructions to call her anytime. Almost a week after my appointment, Dr. Miki called to follow up on my medical progress. Now that is a caring Dr!!! In contrast, Dr. Chin didn't even speak to me nor did she apologize for not being able to see me and for pawning me off to another doctor. I was the last patient there and she didn't even acknowledge me when she walked by. Anyway, ER couldn't figure out what's wrong with me, and I'm working with other medical specialists to figure out what's causing my vertigo, but I will be forever grateful to Dr. Miki for going above and beyond. I will definitely be booking my eye appointments and my children's appointments with her in the future. Oh, and before I forget, Dr. Miki has such a gentle bedside manner and her voice is so soothing during the exam.

The employees was very welcoming and friendly, the wait was not long at all, I went inside tried on several glasses to see what I prefer and once I found the one I liked I let them know and then i sat down to do the paper work to order the glasses. Turn around time was 2 weeks but I got it less then 2 weeks when they texted it was ready for pickup so I'll be picking up this Saturday which is amazing. Dr Teal was so patient during her exam and adapted to her communication style by simplifying directions. It was a relief to know she didn't inherit my bad eyes and that she's on track for a child her age. He and his staffs attention to detail before, during, and after my exam, helped me to have a clear understanding of why I could be experiencing headaches. He also went into detail about children's connection with ADHD and possible eye issues and how many doctors misdiagnose children. So I looked into making an appointment with PV. I called that day my aunt was having her visit. They were able to fit me into their schedule a few days later after my aunt's appointment. This location is tucked in the corner of a building next to a vet center and behind the Jack n Box and Gas station. There are lots of parking but can be busy depending on the time of day you have your appointment. Friendly staff. I'm glad I came here. I usually go to LensCrafters for my eyes but since I didn't need to get special priced or higher brand glasses I decided to go here instead. They have a limited brand selection to choose from. But went with some Ray Bans that were very similar in style to the current ones I had (Versace). I'm glad I was able to get a second pair of eye glasses and more glad no changes to my eye health.
