Going in, I was hopeful for a good experience -- and Dr. Williams and her entire team exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, communicative, and genuinely caring. Even the associate who came in to review the cost of the procedure was delightful -- friendly, funny, and remarkably easy to work with. It immediately put me at ease. Bethany, the tech who stayed with me throughout the process, was outstanding. She explained everything clearly, reassured me at each step, and kept me distracted in a way that truly felt like having my own daughter there looking out for me. The extraction itself was far better than I anticipated. I'm sensitive to epinephrine in numbing agents, but Dr. Williams administered everything carefully so I never experienced the usual racing-heart feeling. The procedure was quick, not painful, and handled with exceptional skill. Dr. Williams talked me through each part of the process, and she and Bethany kept a warm, pleasant conversation going that made the whole experience surprisingly comfortable. They also provided clear after-care instructions -- both verbally and in writing -- and made sure I knew I could call with any questions. The level of communication, compassion, and professionalism was remarkable from start to finish. Given the circumstances, this was as positive of an experience as I could have hoped for. On November 15, 2022, I saw Dr. Danielle Williams for a consultation on my severe Torii situation…read more  She was kind and understanding.  They explained the procedure thoroughly and also the cost of the procedure.  On December 27, 2022 I had the procedure.  Dr. William and her staff are the most friendly, courteous, professionals with great senses of humor.  The experience was actually fantastic.  I did opt (and highly recommend) for the extended numbing agent that works for 2-3 days.  The headache following the procedure went away with sleep.   I did not need ANY of the pain medications at all!  Not even Tylenol.    The sutures were dissolvable, so there was not even the pain or stress of having sutures removed. Everything went perfectly and I was able to eat almost right away (soft things first, of course).  In 3 days I was back to normal. They even straightened my crooked smile!   I highly recommend Dr. Danielle Williams and her staff at Florida Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Carrollwood.     Sorry it took me so long to review, but I have other health issues.

Dr. Georges is truly one of the nicest and most down-to-earth doctors I've ever met. From the beginning, he took the time to really listen to my concerns about straightening my teeth, replacing missing teeth, and achieving a natural, cosmetic look with veneers. He created a thoughtful, long-term plan alongside his treatment coordinator Kiannie (who is awesome, by the way), where I started with orthodontics, kept up with my routine cleanings, and then returned for veneers. During my journey, I was seen by Katie and Madison for cleanings, and they are by far the best hygienists I've ever had. They were always attentive, checked in on my orthodontic progress, and made sure I stayed on track with my treatment plan. After a year in orthodontics, I was finally ready for veneers, and Dr. Georges made the entire process incredible. I had been dealing with fillings and bonding for years, and I knew I wanted something more permanent. He took such great care in giving me my dream smile, and the results exceeded my expectations. I do not recommend this periodontist. I did not have a positive experience. I found him to be…read morearrogant, uncaring, and disrespectful. He seemed to get irritated if you take too much of his time or ask too many questions. I had to ask for the antibiotics after the gum surgery, and he gave me the prescription as a photocopy, rather than the original receipt, which I have never seen any doctor's office do. Neither he nor his staff ever called to check back on me to see how I was doing, even though I have serious medical issues. I researched his records online, and found he has some criminal records, which I did not discover until after I had the bone graft. When I tried to call for a checkup after the 4 month healing period, their phones were blocking my calls. I tried to reach them for 2 weeks by asking someone to go by there and tell them I was trying to reach them, and they claimed they were having problems with their phones. What doctor's office leaves their phones out of service for 2 weeks, and does not answer calls from their patients? I won't be back there. I would carefully consider being careful to not put my care into any dentist who conducts his practice in such a cold, calculating manner as that. I do not recommend this doctor.
