When I broke a tooth recently, she squeezed me in the same morning I called. She administered local anesthesia with no pain and put in a crown quickly with no fuss. The bite is perfect. Because of that, they cancelled my appointment and made me reschedule -- even though I had already confirmed earlier in the week through their own system. To make matters worse, they had the wrong appointment time on file, which is their error not mine. When I called to explain the situation, nobody seemed to care at all. No apology, no effort to work something out, just "you'll have to reschedule." If you work non-traditional hours or have a busy schedule, just be aware that a missed call -- even after you've already confirmed -- can cost you your appointment here.
