I I've used Patrick's for 2 different problems the first was for several electrical issues. The two guys who came were exceptionally good answered all our questions and did a fantastic job! My second was a plumbing problem the guy did a good good but I would never call them for another plumbing problem. He was on the phone over 80% of the time with personal issues. Talked about me to who ever he was talking to. Didn't like it I stayed and watched him doing the work. When I asked him questions he made me feel stupid. We have had several reasons to need a plumber lately. Patrick Services is always available to help and does a great job. In a recent remodel that spanned several weeks with multiple trades involved, they gave us an estimate at the beginning. As the project progressed, they came to help every time we called, even when it was last minute. The office staff was kind and understanding about our needs. The work they did was very professionally done and we are very happy with the results. When we got down to the end, they stuck to the original process they gave us. i've used them for everything I've done since I moved here and that has been a new water heater a new circulation pump and a leak on the circulation pump line. I ended up having another leak on the circulation pump line. They bypassed it for me just to stop it from coming in the house and now they're telling me they can't repair it for at least a week. from these two leaks, I've had water damage in the kitchen, the upstairs bedroom, and then my garage I am very disappointed that they are unable to come out and take care of this for me. read more

They charged $85 an hour I paid my bill and they left a gaping hole in my wall that can't be covered with the previous face plate. I called to speak to management and they never called back so it's up to me to fix the wall. Sloppy work at my house makes me wonder how they work at other places. read more

Great customer service- from calling the office (Lauren) to scheduling service, to follow up when a tech was on the way. Jacob was on time, polite, professional and a positive attitude.  Jacob repaired 2 plumbing issues and resolved fast!! We had main line plumbing issues. They came out fixed it in about an hour and a half, and were really affordable!

I am not in the least bit impressed. My landlord used Patrick's for a plumbing problem in the house I rent. I was having a problem with decreased hot water pressure in the bath tub. They came, fixed the water heater vent and put up a carbon monoxide detector I didn't need. I already had one plugged in in the laundry room where the water heater is. Didn't tell me anything they were doing until they were leaving and at that point the guy is walking through my living room telling me that if I hear that alarm go off I need to get out of the house because there is gas. Then proceeds to tell me I've had gas leaking into my house this whole time....UMMMM THEN PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY MY CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR HAS NEVER GONE OFF. Yes, it still works. I checked. Then dude goes on some tangent about the shower head that they weren't even supposed to look at telling me how it needs replaced. I straight up told him the shower head wasn't the problem the water pressure at the faucet was the problem. He tells me the actuator is where it should be. So, after they've left I go to check the water pressure and quite frankly it's not much better. All I have to say is they better be glad my landlord is paying for this because they wouldn't be getting a dime from me!! Edit: I forgot to mention how I overheard one of them saying something about something not being worth their time... Second Edit: after speaking with my landlord and him placing another call to Patrick's they sent out another guy. Turns out the two that came out before didn't even check anything that would've affected the water pressure nor did they get the work they did approved by my landlord prior to doing it. Also found out one of their names is Paul. So, if you do use Patrick's, make sure to request ANYONE else. The guy that came back out was fantastic!! Took the time to tell me what the problem was and that he could see that they didn't take anything in the bathtub apart. Provided that Paul's attitude and work are not representative of the company over all I've increased my star rating from one to three. read more

We called this company to have the compressor fan motor on our air conditioner. They came on a Sat and showed up with a used part, but told us it was new, however they couldn't provide the box. They installed the part, it took two hours. After they left they we went to see what they did only to hear a loud banging. We discovered not only was it a used part, not even the right part for our Carrier Unit. They ruined our good fan by bending it. My husband went to the air conditioning store supply, bought the correct part, and installed it in 20 minutes. We called to get them to come back, they said no. We stopped payment on our $400.00 check and said come get your old part, we fixed it ourselves. Now they are suing us. Do not call this company, they are pure trouble. they can't fix anything, and they make a living in the court rooms. read more

I used them to fix my ac and the guy that came out said it was the inside motor for the fan. It had to be ordered because it was not in stock here in amarillo. My husband asked him what the motor would cost he said about 200.00 or 300.00 and it would be here on Thursday. He called Thursday afternoon and my husband asked him again what the total would be and he said he did not know until he finished putting it in. After he finished he gave us the bill and it was almost $700.00. I was very upset we was not expecting this amount. I was looking at maybe 400.-500. This will not happen again because I will never us them again. I will call another company. remember to get something in writing when you use this company. We were charged 1 1/2 hours and he was not there even an hour and during this time he was on the phone 3 times with his personal calls. We paid for this. read more

Our a/c finally died and they sold us a new unit with the new refrigerant. They are going to quit making the old in 2020. They could have sold us one that uses the old refrigerant cheaper but explained that in 2020 we could no longer recharge the system. I think these people are honest and fair and I will use them again. Correct me if I am wrong on any of this information. read more
