My elderly parents who are on a budget had their washing machine breakdown. My mom posted on Springtown bulletin board for recommendations and Ann reached out to her and said they could fix it. Ann's husband came out, looked at the washing machine and told them he would be back with the part. He came back a few hours later and replaced it and asked them to wait a few hours so the washing machine could reset and then plug it back in. It did not fix the problem at all. My mom called them and they have completely ghosted them. It's been over a week now. My mom had someone else come look at it and they will fix it tomorrow. The new appliance repair said Ann's repair basically put a used part that wasn't even the correct model on my parents washing machine. This is the shadiest thing I've ever seen done. They straight up took advantage of an elderly couple (and pastors) and took $230 of their money that they did not have to spend.

If I would have had to take a day off from work, this would have been a major problem. I'm retired so it was easier. We reset for Saturday morning. He came in stating that he wasn't going to charge us for the install because of his error the day before. But wait a minute, I already paid for installation and the part. Either way, our ice maker works now. Really over all the owner was really nice and sensitive to our time when the problem occurred. I still would recommend this company. I had to wait for it to totally defrost, and I had to get to bed since I work nights, so they were able to come back out and replace the fan motor after all the ice had melted. They even moved appointments around to accommodate me since I have a horrible work schedule. Kyle was my repairman, and he did an excellent job. He was very professional and did top rate service. I should have know when he "forgot to put me in the schedule" that he would come into our home FOUR…read moretimes before he ever actually tested anything on the oven. The first board he tried didn't work and he looked at me and said "thats embarrassing, I should have tested it but I just assumed this was it..." so he took the board off and put my old one back on and ordered a different part. It came in and didn't work so he ordered another one, assuming the first one was bad. When it didn't work it was then that he pulled out his little tools and actually tested anything on the oven then told me he "couldn't lose anymore money on this job and to call the company that made it." But never said let's order the original part and try them together. I would have paid to have both parts but he never opted to do so. So I reached out to the owner to see what my options were and was told John would call on Monday. So Wednesday I reached back out and got a TEXT from them saying basically "that's what they taught him to do." Man, what a time we live in when customer service is relayed via text message. So unless you have a month to wait around for your appliances to still not work, do yourself a favor and call anyone else.
