Outside temp was up in the 90s and inside it would not cool under 79. We called Flex Air on a Thursday afternoon and they came out the next day. They took their time to review all the equipment. They listened to what our needs were. They ended up giving us 4 different options to choose from on how to proceed. They showed us a side by side preview of all 4 otptions and then went into details of each one. This included two with repairs and two with full right replacements. They took their time to answer all of our questions not shying away from the positives and negatives of each option. This gave us a clear picture on how we felt we needed to move forward. They came out the following Monday to put in the new equipment. During install they were polite and friendly, again answering any questions we may have had. We have been using it a week now and everything is running great and nice and cool. We also love the new thermostat. I appreciate them being upfront with us. Again listening to what our needs were and they did not try to push some high end products with a bunch of bells and whistles that we did not need. My wife and I are very happy with service and product. Thank you So much!

If you want inadequate service, unprofessionalism, extremely over priced billing, and a toilet bowl quality company to install your ac, Air-worx is your company. It is 1236pm, the tech is leaving and charging the service fee $70 and 1 hour at $70 for less than 30 minutes onsite, and diagnosing a failing breaker. It is shameful to charge more than the service fee when the the company asked to put off service, the company did not deliver at the time they offered, and they were here less than 30 minutes. Save your money, and call another company.

I'm now in the 1220 E Hwy 199 location's brand new climate controlled building and the unit is tall, roomy, and quiet! Ahhh, so nice! It is a nice change to be indoors; out of the elements/weather. Transitioning from one unit to another was a breeze, including pro-rating and such if moving during the odd time of the month. Everything is explained either by phone, text, and/or email. The sole issue I have, is, at times transformers blow during storms leaving the inside literally in the dark. Due to that, tenants need to leave the exterior door OPEN to let light into the dark hallway. Other then that, this is one VERY nice facility with a staff as hospitable as they come!
