It had to be towed to another auto mechanics business when it wouldn't run after she drove it one day shortly therafter.. She called Wesland Auto and told them of the problems, they said they would come and pick up the car from the other Auto shop and fix the problem. They have not returned phone calls, and the car is still sitting waiting to be picked up 10 days later....in the meantime my mother has no transpotation. This place is a total CROCK.....they even presented her with a $500,+ dollar bill for services from 5 years ago. My mother never recieved a bill from them.... Stay Away from this so called business, they take advantage of senior citizens. They should be ashamed to call themselves a "business" and steal from the elderly! ( A day after I wrote this review, Westland Auto finally picked up my mothers car and took it to thier shop for repairs. I don't know if they saw this comment or not, however "the sqeaky wheel gets the grease" and they need to make this right with her. When they do I will retract this review in it's entirety.) Westland Auto returned the car to my mother, but when she went to start it, it does not start. Why would he say something like that to a kid? He don't know how hard my son worked to buy that truck, what he went they to get the truck or the stress and worry it has already caused him. My son didn't asked for his advice or his opinion. It was unneeded and done more damage to a crap situatio. Chaney was to be hired to do a job and he couldn't/wouldn't do it. Fine that's on him. So I ca.e and waiting in line I told the guy there at least 3 times I wanted granny oil exchange. when the worker came in I asked if the oil was pretty dirty he said I did nt do it. And asked again you did the granny fluid right and he came back in and said no the oil. I said 3 times I wanted .you granny done . Then the store manager came in and said you agreed to an oil change and I said I didn't. Then he started to accuse me of changing my story and basically lying. I,,'m an older person and I don't lie. He said his men would never say they could do granny oil changes on a altima. He was so vicious and didn't have the Backbone to admit they were wrong. So I left with an oil I didn't need and practically called me a liar and was hurt by being treated that way. This happened at Jiffy Lube 13th Ave S Fargo, ND very disappointed​
