I cannot express my gratitude enough for the work Benito, Erika, and the team did with my dog, Scout. From the beginning they shared with me the process of the six month training he would go through. On a weekely basis I was receiving updates and photos and even on holidays they would share photos of Scout celebrating. I would speak to Benito monthly on Scouts progress and he would share with me some of the things I would have to do at home. When scout came home after six months he was a completely different dog. WE LOVE PATRIOT & SO DO MY DOGS!! We have been using them for over a year now for boarding & daycare for our girls. We have 2 dobermans that are extremely energetic & love coming for daycare & play with their "friends." We had Benny train our dobermans when they were 5 months old & my 7yr old boxer last year. This place is great. the staff and facilities are awesome to my dogs. I have had 2 dogs through their training program. When I travel my wife drops the dogs here during the day and when we travel together we board them here. They send updates on your pups and keep you informed. Great location. We do a lot of traveling and we hate having to board our dog at the vet, where she is locked up all day. At Patriot, she gets lots of play time with both the staff, and other dogs. Unfortunately my consultation did not meet my expectations so I decided to send my dog elsewhere, I believe my issue was I never met Benny or spoke with him I met Erika and I didn't feel she answered my questions as to what specific training they would be doing for my dog, 14 mos old Shepard already had basic training but she has strong prey drive which caused chasing car issues , I wanted to know how they could correct that ? I sent my 4.5 year old dog with severe behavior issues to Patriots boarding/training. The results were astounding. Everyone there is wonderful and cares about the dogs so much. I've brought my dog back for boarding and it gives me such peace of mind when I'm traveling. He is so well cared for, gets the structure he needs, and lots of play. I have a 4 year old border collie/lab mix who is ridiculously energetic and LOVES going on walks, so much so that he pulled my wife off her feet one day. Benito at Patriot Dog Training was amazingly helpful teaching us and our dog how to walk without problems. We dropped off our pup for a month with Benito (2 weeks of training and 2 weeks of boarding). With frequent updates and multiple pictures, we were happy to know our dog was safe. Even better, Benito was flexible enough to manage my bizarre and contantly changing schedule without a problem. When we went to pick him up, we knew we made the right choice. I really enjoyed the trainer that worked with my PSA. It was a tremendous Borden to pay for the training after being unemployed for two years. When I discovered they had over charged me by 750 dollars, I passed the information along so all parties were aware. Here's where they failed. Erica is one of the most organized and forward thinking managers we have encountered. Our experience with Patriot Dog Training has been nothing short of phenomenal and the proof is in our 4 month old French Bulldog. "Boomer" is well mannered, crate trained and responds to sit, down, heel and stay. During the two months that Boomer was with Patriot Dog Training, he became ill (at no fault to Patriot Dog Training). Rather than return Boomer back to us, Patriot Dog Training had their resident Vet check, diagnose and administer medication to correct the issue. On top of that Benito and Erica set up a quarantine area and formulated a strict care regiment for their team to follow. A week later, Boomer was good to go and training resumed. We got a puppy a year ago and Patriots have been apart of our lives from the beginning. We signed our puppy up for their 30 day training program. I had mixed emotions about leaving her for that long and felt guilty. Patriots was so supportive, patient and kind to me. They reassured me and kept me updated on her progress. I brought home a rescue dog, Jace, several months ago. He had been found with a metal collar grown into his skin and was literally starving. He was so sweet but then he started to get aggressive with my other dog and even with me and my mother. We didn't know what to do and we couldn't keep going on the way we were but be love Jace and wanted to give him the best chance possible to work out in our home. We were referred to Benito and Patriot Dogs Training and took Jace to stay for training for two weeks. Benito kept me up to date with how Jace was doing the entire time especially because Jace was kind of a special case because of his unfortunate start to life. When we brought Jace home he was so much calmer, listened better, and our lives were so much easier. I don't know what we would have done without Benito and all that he has taught Jace and taught us as well. We wanted a relaxed, happy home and we are working towards that every day.
