They did my initial residential fence with no problems, then Within 1 year asked to have a chain link gate put in and additional fencing. They put in the posts for the additional fencing, then covid hit....they took off and went on Vaca and I gave them my $$$..finally they got the fencing done, but didn't do the chain link gate...they have my $$$ and no response back..we sold our house so there was a deadline...they are very irresponsible, and call you when they feel like working..PEOPLE IN BELFAIR AND SHELTON BEWARE read more

Just called looking to get an emergency job done. And said I need a technician to come give me an estimate. The lady responded with call 1(800) go f*** yourself and hung up. I mean I understand It was close to closing time but that is still not an excuse for that kind of treatment. I just moved out here and this treatment is absolutely disgusting. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. What an awful person... I had young children around me... I will be making a report with the BBB. read more

Wonderful. I called patriot fence because the other guys were being very slow getting back to me. Patriot is quick, friendly, and honest. The price was resonable. They came out right away for a quote and had the quote in my hand with 48 hours. We signed within the next few days and my fencing was put up within the next week. The finished product is wonderful. Just as described. We had one gate put in and were very happy with the hardware they chose. It is decorative and even has a lock. I have recommended them to all our friends. Patriot Fence just completed a beautiful 4 foot fence along our property. They were great to work with, we would highly recommend them.

I was in need of having several posts replaced due to a wind storm and wanted to use a local company. When I first called they answered right away and said they would get out the same day and let me know. I didn't hear back for several days, so I called and left a message. Again, I didn't heard back so I called again and got the same person who I previously spoke with, and she apologized, was busy at the moment, but said she would call back within the hour. It has now been a couple weeks since, and still no return call. I had to have the job done, so I went elsewhere. It sounds like they are new to the area, and I'm sure they do good work and want to stay working for the local community, so I can only recommend they pay closer attention to their potential customers. read more

Patriot Fence was extremely disappointing. We understood they were going to be a week behind. The week they came to place the fence post, they showed up on Wednesday. They were suppose to return on Friday but asked if they could return on the following Monday instead. We agreed. However, they didn't show and didn't call. Their business card had an office number, cell phone and email address. Their business line was full and wouldn't allow messages, they didn't respond to voicemail or text via cell phone. Received a call on Tuesday from owner, James, who said he was sorry, family came out of state and they were camping. Okay, not really valid excuse for not showing up for work, but we wanted a fence, so we accepted it and James said they would be out Wednesday morning. Yet again, no call no show. Attempted to call office number, messages full, called cell, left message, left text and even emailed. No response. Three days later I get a text saying "this is Kimberley. I've just got released from the hospital for emergency surgery. My apologies, I asked James to keep you updated but he couldn't find your number. It is not Covid related". Again, how do you know have your clients information, especially if you have a contract? At this point, I have lost all trust and value in this business. I didn't know what do to. I didn't know if they were going to show up or not and I did contact BBB and my mom posted a google review on my behalf. It wasn't until Saturday that Kimberley text my phone saying James and his son was coming out. I had weekend plans and I had washed my hands of their business at this point. Kimberley spoke to my husband via phone about the google review. It seems they were more upset about the google review then how they treated us. When I returned home on Sunday, James was there with his worker. My husband wasn't home, he was working. James confronted me about the google review. He wanted my mom to take it down. I told him that she probably wouldn't and he said he was going to have the sheriff at her house and see her in civil court. I just said ok. Mind you, I am pregnant and feeling attacked. I called my husband, I said I didn't want to talk to him that I was done. My husband was headed home but he works in Tacoma area. About 2 hours away. James rang my doorbell and knocked on my door. I am being honest. I wanted nothing to do with him. He informed me he wanted to get paid. First, Kimberley said she would discount us but never sent an update invoice. You can see why it is hard to trust them without documentation? Second, she texted that she would "discount our final bill" but didn't send us the bill and third, James is wanting his paycheck after showing up a week late. He was supposed to be out on a Friday but went camping. James was argumentative, he kept using the Fword towards me and I even threatened to call the cops on him. He kept saying how we are "f&*#ing with his pay and didn't want to pay". Again, due to their lack of communication and showing up when they want, there was as huge miscommunication! Also, I have no reason to lie. I have all the text, the emails, the phone log off calls AND RING camera in my front and back showing James cursing and yelling at me. read more
