Three weeks later, I was stunned to have a bill of over $6K (he didn't call to tell me of the price increase). When I left in my van, the gas tank was empty (it was nearly full when I left it) and a new oil leak scarred my driveway. The antifreeze is leaking from two loose hose clamps (one clamp was the incorrect size). I tried calling to ask them to fix the oil leak, but they didn't answer my call and haven't called me back.

Got back to our RV and noticed the front end seemed toed out by about half an inch. Called a couple shops that were getting 5 stars on yelp and they highly recommended custom automotive. Talked to Roy and he worked us into his schedule considering our travel plans. He called out a broken belt on one of the front tires that we had not noticed. Being carpy OEM tires we decided to have them all replaced which required us to go to a tire shop. What Ram puts junk tires on a $70k truck I can't understand. Roy had us bring the truck back to him so he could recheck the alignment. Truck drives like it should have off the lot. Roy and team managed our issue, performed their alignment and inspected our front end to ensure we were safe to travel and the cost was extremely reasonable!
