When my Honda Pilot suddenly experienced rough running as it had in the last couple of years and I couldn't even get into the dealer service for a week and would have to leave the car for up to a week, I called HR. I talked to Chris on the phone and described my problem, he said to bring it right in and he would run a quick diagnostic check on it. I was very impressed by Chris' knowledge and trouble shooting capabilities when he solved the problem in a matter of 15 minutes. He turned out to be the new owner purchasing the business about 4 months ago after gaining years of experience and knowledge at a large local Honda dealer.
