Rusty talked her through the whole situation over the phone and came out that afternoon to inspect. Rusty is very knowledgeable and during the estimate he spent a great deal of time inspecting the home and giving us our options. Rusty also took the time to explain how to get rid of the bugs and we never felt like he was trying to pressure us into any particular service. After we decided to spray her room, Rusty came out with his assistant and they took care of everything for us! They went above and beyond to take care of my daughter and I am so thankful. Our apartment complex had another man come by to inspect around the same time Affordable Pest Control came out. Not only were his prices higher but he did not fully inspect the house like Rusty. Fox pest control usually notifies their customers 24 hours prior rescheduled service date. I received no advance notice, only a text message at (4/23/26) 8:45am, stating that the service tech will be completing the service today (4/23/26). Due to not getting notified until the morning of service, I was unable to clean my yard, due to not being at home when I received the text message, nor was I able to return home before the technician arrived (12:45pm). Your technician Jacob Laureles, may have done a good job regarding service, unfortunately the tone of his report was very rude. (If Fox Pest Control looks at my prior services it will clearly show that my property is always ready. Fox Pest Control needs to do a better job with notifying customers 24 hrs in advance so your customers can get the property ready for their service.

I never see any pests at all with the exception of the big red ants did come back after a year of their first application and they are coming back this year as promised when I noticed they were back. They actually solved my mouse problem and we all know how impossible that is. He said there were some dead spiders inside and outside but not outside the norm he would expect for the area. He even took a picture of the invoice the pest company left on the counter and sent it to me so I would know what had been sprayed. I was concerned that no spraying happen because I have animals and some neurological conditions. To my dismay the house had been attic bombed, sprayed inside and outside, and granules spread in the yard. All of this was exactly what I did not want. Jeff coordinated with the listing agent, was very professional, and didn't even charge me. Even though it cost him gas to drive to the house he didn't charge me.
