GIO, the manager, was our first line of communication in troubleshooting a fix for the disabled axle. He was upfront and honest in telling us that there were several other scheduled appointments ahead of us during the day and that it might be a long wait to be seen. It was not until 4 p.m. that TIM was able to diagnose the issue with a possible fix to get us back on the road headed to Oregon. BUT, it was during that wait time that impressed us the most about this dealership. -- A phone would ring, or another customer would come in off the street. Regardless of how busy any one of the technicians were, they would drop anything to assist that caller or personal request from the walk-in. THAT is great customer service! We witnessed that over and over in the course of those 6 hrs. of waiting. Back to TIM, who fixed the axle. He was so knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Tim got us off and running again by their 6 p.m. closing time - the Friday before Labor Day. Again, KUDOS to GIO, TIM, ASHTON, and the ENTIRE STAFF of this dealership!! They are a top-shelf business, and Laramie should be pleased and proud of the great service they provide!

I found…read moreonly one repair garage in Laramie with an alignment rack large enough to handle the alignment. The guy behind the counter was lacking in the local Wyoming friendliness I had come to expect. In the two hours I sat there, I watched numerous locals pick up or drop off a vehicle. He was friendly and engaging with each of them, but not the new customer sitting in the lobby for two hours. The alignment technician determined a bushing needed to be replaced; the total cost was 528.93. I thought it was expensive but agreed to the repair. When it came to payment, the closing experience showed little appreciation for the 528.93. They told my wife the bushing on the invoice was not the part they put on the RV. They had used a different bushing. They didn't change the part number on the invoice; the guy just wrote it on the alignment sheet. I was curious about the difference in the cost of the bushing they put on the RV. I called the NAPA store where the part came from. They charged me 245.99 for the bushing; that was on the invoice. When I gave NAPA the part number of the bushing they put on the RV, the cost was 19.97. They had overcharged by $ 226.02. I called the owner, Troy Trujillo, and explained the situation. He said there was a lack of communication between the technician and the front desk. He refunded me the difference. There wasn't much empathy for the 226.02 error on my bill. It was a poor experience from start to finish. I would not recommend them.

And the pressure in one tire is significantly less than the others. And it's nearly closing time at the closest tire shop. That just happened. Thank the Lord for Peerless Tires in Laramie! We limped into town a little over an hour before they closed and they got to work pretty much right away. We picked up a nail on the road and the tire was beyond repairs, so they replaced it. In the rain. These guys are awesome and they deserve your business. And a canopy outside. Thanks for helping us get back on the road to enjoy the Wyoming wilderness!

I needed a bumper replaced. He gave me a quote and let me know that the replacement bumper would come unpainted, so that would add to the price. I couldn't afford it, but I didn't want the bumper to fall off and cause more damage. He got his tools out, fixed it up, and wasn't going charge me! I said ok, what is a fair price? I scheduled an appointment to have my differential fluid changed on my RV (Ford F-600 chassis) Showed up at 9am. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and half. 3 hours later they told me they had to run to Ford to get the fluid, which is less than 4 miles away. 30 min later they said it was picked up and it was on its way back, but I had just called Ford and they said nothing was picked up. I called them out on the lie and they admitted it was being delivered from Fremont Ford that is 2.5 hours away because it's cheaper. I told them next time don't lie, give the customer the choice. I would have picked it up myself, payed full price and been on the road hours ago. We have a 5 hour drive ahead of us and they knew that. We sat in the parking lot with our 2 dogs for nearly 5 hours. The waiting was disappointing. The lies were unacceptable. Would never go back.
