Broke down in our RV outside of the gates of patriot, walked over there to see if somebody could help us, our roof tore off of the roof of our motorhome and we are stranded right outside the gate. The employee came out and asked if I needed some thing, and he could not care less that we were stranded outside of his gates. I asked if he had a caulking gun since we had caulking to repair it and some screws and he told me no, that I would have to go to the hardware store about a mile away. He was the most unhelpful and uncaring person I have ever met in my entire life. Very rude at this place and could care less that a family is stuck on the side of the road! I told him that we lived over 200 miles away from here, and he said he couldn't fit me in for another two weeks. What a tool! I totally get the fact that I did not have a appointment, but for god sake's this was an emergency!I would definitely not recommend this place because obviously if they don't care about people, then I'm sure they don't care about your trailer either! read more

The fellows who actually do the work at Patriot are the best. The fellows who manage things or are the owners are the worst. They don't seem to understand that they are in a "service" business. I have been yelled at by the manager for arriving at the correct day & time for an appointment because someone apparently called in sick. Was this my fault? He seemed to think so. I foolishly went in again and the manager refused to come outside to even look at my trailer and whined excessively about how difficult it would be for him to help me with this minor issue because "they" were soooo busy. I will don't them the favor of not adding to their excessive work load and take my business elsewhere. I do miss Jane!!!!!! read more

I had the most pleasant experience with Jane and Van at All American Trailers. I love my new Logan, and they made the buying experience the easiest I've ever had. I bought one of their consignment trailers and financed it--they were so incredibly helpful to my wife and I, guiding us each step of the way, answering stupid questions on the phone and via email. One email chain was over 15 messages, yet not once did Jane seem tired of dealing with us. Their operation is totally professional. Watch them work and you'll see what I mean. When we picked up the trailer, we had an issue with the 7-way plug--they immediately had a technician stop what he was doing and take care of the problem, even though they were very busy with other service work and it was after 5pm on a Friday. They are the real deal--I won't go anywhere else. Oh and by the way--Van is a very funny guy. My wife and I left with smiles on our faces and laughing our butts off. We damaged our horse trailer by hitting a tree and finding a place to work on an aluminum horse trailer was ridiculous! We called practically everywhere and nowhere was willing to work on it. Thankfully these guys were willing to try and they called around to find a sheet that could color match our trailer. It looks beautiful! The only problem we had is that the quote given originally was much lower than what it actually cost (it took more time than estimated) but Patriot trailers fixed it by giving a new quote on actual costs to our insurance so that we would be reimbursed for the extra cost. We were traveling north today with our 26 ft Jayco trailer. One of the wheels had a loud grinding noise. We called four shops in Santa Barbara and three in Buellton. Finally we called All American Trailers North in Buellton. Jane and Chloe were very helpful. Jane gave us advice about checking the wheels so that we could drive safely, and said they could take a look at the wheel when we arrived there, at 3:30 on a Friday. We pulled in and luckily our problem was fairly easy to solve. An hour later we drove away with our wheel repaired. We would highly recommend All American Trailers North. read more

I wanted a quick deal with a trade in and pay off of my Logan 2h Riot. It's a 5 hour drive from my house and Tony agreed to make it work for me on a Saturday.
