First time here. I'm not sure if I was overcharged or if this is typical. I ordered a peppercorn turkey sandwich on a roll with lettuce and mayonnaise. Nothing else. The woman behind the register repeated what I said and then proceeded to load the round sandwich in the bag. I was charged $11.91! I thought OK, maybe the sandwiches are really large??? When I got home, I unwrapped the sandwich. If anything it was smaller than most deli sandwiches. Lots of bread and very little meat. definitely not an overstuffed sandwich! Usually you can get a wedge for less money. Hmmmm... maybe this is a typical sandwich here? I'm not sure. read more

Many years ago when my job at the time had me driving all over the Hudson Valley, I stumbled across Pat's Deli and found it a great place to stop in and grab a sandwich. Back to the future and now Pat's is (almost) on my way work. So one morning, I have a couple of minutes to spare and I detour around and stop in to grab my favorite, a BEC. Get to the office and unwrap it and proceed to enjoy the sammy. While waiting I see that they have a pizza oven and the "house pie" looks pretty good. A few weeks later, on my way to work, I swing by and have a slice. A decent slice of pizza, bigger than normal and doughy and cheesy. If thin crust pizza is your thing, don't expect it here. They also have a hot food buffet, charged by weight, that I haven't tried. Parking can sometimes be a problem but Pat's is worth a visit. read more

UPDATE: now pats looks like a nyc bodega. The glass doors and new salad bar area arent a good look. Doesnt fit the neighborhood. Im still so sad and want the old Pats back. Def lost my business for good This deli used to be my neighborhood favorite. Friendliest staff,always packed(bc its that good),delicious food and good parking options. Since being sold it is horrible. Its like a ghost town in there and the sandwiches are half the size. Noone says hello to you. They tried sprucing the place up but it looks cheap and cheezy. The best chicken tenders I've had all year. Crispy, not too oily and made of real chicken!! Definitely not your run of the mill fast food junk. Also amazing breakfast wraps that you can customize. This place is unassuming but we came here on a friend's recommendation and so so so glad we dropped in. My bf and I loved it so much we went two days in a row. On day 2, we got Buffalo chicken wraps. Holy heaven in your mouth. Amazing flavor - will 100% order this again next time we're in town. The place also serves as a convenience store. Tons of breakfast/lunch/dinner options. I really enjoyed the catering done here! I loved the everything bagels we had for breakfast with fresh cream cheese. I'd snack on them all morning long! Their chocolate chip muffins were also delicious. For lunch, their chicken cutlet sandwiches are amazing - fried chicken covered with mozzarella and peppers. Their tuna salad sandwich is good as well. I love the bread they use for their sandwiches - the crust is so crispy and lasts even as leftovers. read more

Add hashbrowns to your breakfast sandwich. After an unhealthy, binge-filled weekend of exploring Brooklyns food scene, I needed to end my last meal with a highly caloric breakfast sandwich. I have already established high ridge bagels as an all time favorite, but was looking for something new. Pats Deli had a few reviews on Yelp and was close to where I was staying, so decided to give it a shot. A winner has been found. Many fresh breads to choose from, with an almost endless list of sandwiches. But the experience became memorable after my first bite. A crunchy and salty hash brown surrounded by melty cheese. Parking here is a nightmare, very few spots and tough to find street parking nearby. They make an OK, not great, chicken cutlet sandwich. It's quite unorganized, so unless you're a regular, it's tough to know where to order from, or where the line begins, or where to pick up your order. Don't order a steak sandwich, "philly cheese steak". Seemed like the meat wasn't seasoned with anything and thrown on the bun and put the cold cheese on. So I ate a steak sandwich with no taste and cold cheese. read more

This deli used to be a dump but it went under new management and after that the place took off! There are so many options to pick from that it becomes overwhelming! I go to the high school right down the street and this place gets packed every day after school I would highly recommend the S6! P.S any sandwich cost $1 more to put it on a wedge!! read more

So.......place closes 5pm. I get in about 4:45 no food. I understand that places need to close and clean up.......but if a place it closes at 5.......should they not serve until 5? Place is legit. Huge selection of sandwiches, the eggplant with the prosciutto is my favorite. Always has the steam table going with entrees. Have had them cater two parties as well and the catering has been excellent. Prices are very reasonable. read more

Have only tried the cajun chicken wrap and jalapeño burger. The burger was generously sized but lacked proper seasoning. Might have been a fluke. Not deducting a star because the wrap is that good!!! Discovered this gem about 1 year ago when I brought my car in for some work at the Gluf Station next door. Have been back numerous times and never disappointed. The staff is very accommodating. The food is fresh and very reasonably priced. In fact some prices are lower than the deli counters at supermarkets. Wide selection of cold and hot foods. They have a small section set aside if you decide to dine in. Free WiFi to boot. Check them out for any meal from breakfast to dinner. You won't be sorry. read more
