She has taken all of the proper precautions during Covid, and even went the extra mile to learn a new method of holding her thread during the process so that it is completely sanitary! I would give 10 out of 10 or however many stars possible. Pat is amazing! Not only does she do a great job with eyebrows, her technique is less painful than others and she takes away some of the sting by applying light pressure to sensitive areas (AKA under the brow). Pat is a lovely, kind woman who really enjoys what she does. Booking an appointment was very easy and her threading salon is a comfy room nestled inside of a larger salon. And, once my eyebrows were done, she gave me a little brow/face massage that dang near put me to sleep. Seriously, a minute longer and I would have been snoring... I've been going to Pat for about two and a half years now and have been loyal to her. I do my best to make it on time and do tip her well. Recently, I mistakenly thought my appointment was scheduled for Thursday instead of Wednesday and when I messaged her Thursday morning apologizing, she decided to be shady and made it seem like it was intentional. Due to her acting like that. I no longer trust her with threading my face and will be going elsewhere. She had this cute little set up and made me so comfortable that I could have taken a nap had it not been for the lovely conversation we were having. Let's breakdown how she does her service. 1st she sanitizes her seat station and hands 2nd she makes you lay back and starts prepping the eyebrow area 3rd she then goes into work by doing the threading process, which she pretty much makes you cry until she reaches her 4th step process is when she finally takes out her magical fingers and does this 5 minute massage to make up for beating up your eyebrows- all in a good way Definitely suggest going through all the pain because it's worth it in the end.
