Just with a change to the curl from a D to a c/cc. She did not take accountability for her mistake when I showed her the lash map to follow. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!! I scheduled an appointment with Asia to do my lashes and showed her photos of the lash map and how I wanted my lashes (as done by my usual lash artist). I reiterated I don't like the caterpillar look on my volume lashes and I wanted them wispy/texturized with a max length of 12. I said we can change the curl from a D to a c/cc and she delivered novice work and opposite of what I showed her and explained that I wanted. She does NOT stand on honest business and wanted to charge me another 120 to redo my lashes when she was the one who did not deliver what was requested. She kept saying it was a misunderstanding but how do you misunderstand photos? We agreed to redoing my lashes the next day and then after going home, she told me that appointment would be $120. I would never go back to her or recommend her work. She kept trying to tell me it's my fault for telling her something different but I in fact did not. I've had lash extensions for many many many years and never once did I have this horrible of an experience with a lash artist. I LOVE my brows and lips. I received a combination of Microblading in the front and shading throughout the rest of my brows. I also got lip blush on my lips and love the color. I just received my touch up and they look perfect. I wish I would've found Elaine sooner! As someone who wears glasses, it's hard to do my eyebrows without them on, and with them on its tricky to fill in. I love that I can get up and go and feel like I look more refreshed, even when my brows aren't cleaned up. Elaine is very talented and was patient with my needs, because this was the first time I've ever had professional brows or a tattoo. We did a consult first to go over the procedure. I didn't want to read much on the internet and over think it, so I came in with an open mind, allowed her to draw the brows as she determined along my natural brow line. She picked a color that matched my reddish brown hair. The procedure feels like little sharp taps, but nothing more than a facial (I get these often with extractions). It took a couple of hours and then I was done. They were dark, but Elaine explained they would fade about 30%. So I got the procedure done on a Sunday and I followed her care instructions: Sunday don't wash them, Monday light water, Tuesday light water, Wednesday use Aquaphor, and by the time Thursday came around they started to peel and I used Aquaphor that day as well. Once I got in the shower, just the warm water and washing my face was enough to make them finish peeling (I did NOT scrub). The finished look was really natural. And my husband was the one who encouraged me to get them because my natural brows were so light and I didn't color them in evenly on my own. When he saw them the first time after they peeled his eyes got big and he was like, "They look completely natural!" So if he approves, I'm good! read more

I love love love Elaine, last year around Aug was the first time I used her services. I had barely had any eyebrows and she was able to use her artistry to improve my brows. She gave me realistic expectations as to what my eyebrows will look like during and after the healing process, which I appreciated. Currently in total I've seen her I think about 4x total and each time was a great experience. Talk about professionalism and courtesy. I work graveyard so I wanted to take a nap before seeing her, needless to say I woke up late. I texted her immediately letting her know that I was going to be late. As a follow up to Elaine's petty remarks, here are photos proving I didn't go back for a touch up on my brows with her bc I didn't really like them. I'm waiting for them to fade to get them done by somebody more talented. Elaine is dishonest to her clients. Just bc u have fine print that says your prices are subject to change at any time, it's really BAD BUSINESS to LIE to your clients and tell them a service is included and then change your mind AFTER they paid. I knew that from the first time which is why I figured she included the 2nd hyaluronic lip pen. But to tell me u want another $175 AFTER u told me to come back for my 2nd included service? LOL. She told me her prices can change at any time and that it's in the fine print I signed online. She was super rude. For a $175 treatment that does absolutely nothing once the irritation wears off in 2 days) my lips were exactly the same) you're better off getting filler that actually lasts for about the price of two of her lip treatments. She offered to do it for free if I modeled for her. I wasn't comfortable with that. She sent me a series of really long rude texts. The unprofessionalism and the inability to reach a business by email or phone for weeks is a big NO for me. I just had the most amazing experience getting my brows microbladed!! Elaine is amazing at what she does: I over tweezed my brows in high school and was left with pencil thin brows. I always wanted to regain a full brow with a high arch, but they never grew in.
