Not only is her studio welcoming, she is very pleasant. I workout several days a week and have not had any issues with my lashes falling out prematurely. Linda actually uses a higher quality glue that keeps my lashes in tact even in the harshest of conditions. I recently ran a Spartan race after getting a fill and did not have any lash casualties that were more than the normal fall out. I chose the "hybrid" style, which is both classic & volume. I think the classic style is a bit too simple and the volume style is too much for my taste, but it is entirely up to you. I explained and showed her a picture of what I wanted, which is HELPFUL by the way. Let her know what you want because it will make you & her life easier. Trust me, lol. 9 months later, I'm still going to Justine for my lash extensions! I've also been commuting from San Francisco to San Jose each time-- if that doesn't show how amazing she is at doing my lashes, then I don't know what will. I contacted them three days later asking for an update; no response. It is now an entire week since I asked for an update and still no response. I have been so patient and kind asking for a solution and to be ignored is truly upsetting. I am usually not a complainer at all and a very understanding person. I think that the way this was handled was very unprofessional and extremely disappointed with the lack of communication on their part. I got my very first lash lift here and was truly excited to try something new here. Unfortunately, I did not get such results or a good experience at all.
