I have given them chance after chance to get things right and I am done. Even if I said something when I place my order please don't burn my Meatball Sub and then get it burned and my husband likes the Lasagna with order of Meatballs and they NEVER SEND MEATBALLS and you have to wait another hour to get the Meatballs. Good food, TERRIBLE service ... perhaps a 'when the cats away issue?' This has happened twice : had phoned in an order. Walked in, no one at the counter ... ' I'm just the driver,' walks through, not caring to greet or help me... 5 minutes later, same 'driver,' asks what I ordered ordered, who I was., then walks in the back and I hear the 'F' word... obviously he was irritated that he was expected to greet and help customers? Last week I got chicken fingers that consisted of small broken finger pieces that were over cooked! Yesterday I ordered pizza and wings! The pizza crust was paper thin and like cardboard! Also! Not sure why this place gets all the hate. Every time i ordered my double order of wings or a meat lovers pizza, it was always tasty and correct. My order is always ready when they said it would and never had to wait longer than expected. I ordered my wings with Hot vs medium and the hot sauce they used was different. It wasn't my favorite so now on I'll stick with medium. This place is way better than Maria's most definitely. I think this pizza is the best in Angola. read more

I recently ordered pizza and wings from Pat's new location on Rt5, and was very disappointed. The pizza at this new relocation (across town) is nothing like it was when located on old lake shore. The pizza is on par with gas station pizza and their wings are rubbery and lacking any flavor (medium). I tried it twice thinking the first combo I got was a fluke, but they disappointed again. Arriving at the stated 1 hour- I received the most greasy over cooked , and cold onion rings that fell apart when attempting to dip in the accompanying KETCHUP. Then an order or pizza logs, which are impossible to ruin unless the cook cannot tell time(see o. rings). These 4 logs along with 4 TINY chicken fingers and separate O. I get what people say about mistakes in their orders. Kids who can't take their eyes off of their phones make mistakes. It seems to happen everywhere these days. No exception here. If I could rate zero stars I would. Ordered pizza & wings last week and was asked to do my card over the phone and was put on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up and called elsewhere. Delivery driver still showed up even though I didn't complete my order and we told her we didn't want the food because we order elsewhere and paid for it. Today I called and order my food and even paid for it, got a call back and they said that they will no longer deliver to us because we told the driver to shove the food, which was never said. Owners daughter continued to argue with me was really rude. Can't wait until Maria's opens back up because at least they treat their customers with respect. Delivery driver was the nasty one and peeled out of MY driveway. Their new location, 8923 Erie road/route 5, does not have a listing on here. And for good reason. I've ordered from there 3 times since they opened on June 2nd and all 3 times I've waited. The last time I waited was the last time I will go there. 4:55 I ordered one Stromboli. She told me 20-25 minutes. 20 minutes later I take the approximate 5 minute ride to get there where she tells me it will be 10-15 more minutes. Told her "you told me 25 minutes" and she says "well we got slammed with orders after that" but orders came in after mine shouldn't push mine back, I thought to myself. I waited, and waited, waited some more and got to talking to other patrons who were waiting. They all complained too about the extremely long wait times. As I stood in the dining area, along with the stink bugs and gnats, I decided to go ask for my money back. When I got to the register they finally brought my food out. An hour after I ordered it! A whole section of my Stromboli was broken off and slightly over cooked as well. I will not be going back. read more

Called order in 3 hours early and it still was not ready when I arrived. They told me they couldn't find half of my order. There were 14 people waiting in the rain to just pay and another 12 people in cars waiting for their orders to be finished. Only one person working the counter. The girl gave the wrong pizza to a person and they opened and touched it and brought it back in to the store to get the correct pizza...the girl then closed the box and took it out to another customer!!!! Wanted to give pats less than one star for rhe horrible service we received. when i placed a delivery order i was not even done ordering when the manager hung up on me. I immediately called back and got a new person who read my order back which was not even close to correct. When the order was delivered the food came back wrong even after a second correction. So we called back and told them what happened and the manager was extremely rude stating that he would not refund our credit card. However, I would not take no for an answer and this angered him to the point of violent threats and slurs. In the end we had to call the Evans police to get a refund. We left numerous messages for the owner so we could discuss the horrible treatment from his manager. But our calls were never returned. It is obvious the owner does not care how his employees treat loyal customers. I hope this tragic story makes you think twice about ordering here! I love Pat's. I moved out of the area in 2013 and every time I visit my parents' in Angola I stop in at least once. The food is always great. They have specials for 2 slices of pizza and a drink or 1 slice and some wings and drink so you can stop in and get a quick bite to eat. read more

This Pat's used to have MUCH better food! We own a cottage in Angola for 15 yrs now and leave menus for our renters; menus will probably stay but with a note! We ordered pizza and wings this past Sunday May 28 2017. The pizza crust was as thin as paper...and the medium wings were no where near medium. The Blue Cheese sauce was NOT blue cheese. I think they mixed a teaspoon of blue cheese with a lot of miracle whip...it was terrible. If you cannot afford to provide TRUE blue cheese than maybe there is a bigger issue! Because they are the only pizzeria on the beach in this area, I think they figure they can serve poor quality...but remember Pat's Pizzeria...word of mouth is the best or worst advertising a business can have! We have been faithful customers for years but I think we are finally done. The place no longer looks clean, and orders are so often wrong it is laughable. Reading orders back to the customer might alleviate this problem at least some of the time. Instead those answering the phone are hanging up on you, using ridiculous voices, and don't tell you when your order will be ready. There is no pride in service here. It's sad the owner simply doesn't seem to care. Though the drive is longer, Bella will receive our future business. They do an excellent job and value their customers! read more

Gone are the furry frat boys; in their place are some men of ...well, a manly number of years, and they listen and take and make the orders correctly, and are personable and pleasant. The young woman who is now the veteran of the place is pleasant and fast. The food is correct time after time after time as is as delicious as we expect. And they STILL always have Squirt! when i pulled into this parking lot with my smart car i didn't know where to park. the parking lot looked like a free for all so in between the two dumpsters worked. things were tight so i hoisted myself onto the roof of my smart car and proceeded to walk inside. upon entering, i noticed that they had a slice special and i damn near began to piss myself i was so excited. i went in ordered my food and got it pretty fast. this was perfect because i was in the middle of a busy day and had already driven the 45 minutes from work to get here. now this was my biggest task. i hoist myself onto the dumpster and you'll never believe what happens. my pizza and root beer fall down there. so i do what any other pats pizza lover would do, i climb in and get my food. i cannonball through the sun roof back to my seat, feeling ready for this pizza. i take a bite and think to myself "wow i never thought food could taste this good". thanks pats for keeping me on feet and energized. read more

Tuesday night we ordered a sub and double order of boneless chicken wings. My husband did the pick up and didn't think to open the food containers and check the orders. Instead of the boneless chicken wings they sent a double order of wings. We had stopped ordering wings there because they are so greasy and parts of the skin aren't fully cooked and slimy. I didn't want to ruin my husbands sub dinner by sending him back for a different order so I ate the ones I could get the meat out of. The grease all over was gross! Maybe they need to rename the boneless wings to something else so they don't mix them up. We'll just go to Maria's instead...shorter drive too! read more
