We're not from the area but it was closer or AirBnb so we decided to give it a try. We ordered wings & pizza. The wings were pretty darn good, the pizza was just mediocre. The place was busy with call in orders but we decided to dine in. Service was good so no complaints there. It was a quick first try and served the purpose for our dinner. If I were local I'd probably come back but since we're here for a short time we'll be trying other places to compare. read more

I've tried a few times to give the benefit of the doubt. Done trying though. I get the same order every time. Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and broccoli. Every time it's missing one or the other, or both... 20 minute wait is always a 45 minute wait. This place sucks. Don't go. read more

Never had any qualms with Pat's. As a vegetarian who tries to be Vegan when I can, I personally love their options. The vegan cheese is some of the best I've had on a pizza, and the tacos are darn good from what I've heard from those who have had it. Service is always nice over the phone and when we come in. My girlfriend begs for us to drive out and pick up a pizza at least once a week (we live in Fredonia so it's a bit of a drive), but if there was a location closer we'd probably eat here twice a week. read more

Lasagna is large enough to share. Recently they changed the cooking process and the bottom layer was hard and burnt to the pan. I have to be desperate to get pizza and wings because I can go out to eat cheaper. Meatballs make a great sub. The sauce is good and homemade. Desserts are overpriced. Delivery takes just over an hour to get food. There are good and some bad to everything nowadays, I only noticed price changes when I get a menu about once a month. I have never received a pizza like in the pictures shown, must be friends with someone who works there. read more

I've stopped into Pat's quite a few times over the years when I visit Angola. The last time I stopped, I noticed a big improvement in food. The wings, ordered extra crispy, were amazing. We ordered two wraps for our dinner tonight. Each one was a big disappointment. Flavorless and lacking the extras that we had requested when we ordered. I ordered chicken fingers with fries and a chicken finger sub. I was told I got there to pick it up in 20 minutes got it home. It was ice cold. The chicken fingers were very flat and the breading was falling off like it's been sitting in the box for an hour never will order from here again. I think this place is amazing, their prices are a bit high but the food is great! I don't know who it is getting such bad reviews but I think you need to have it often to enjoy it, I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the wait for food is quite long but worth it. read more

I ordered a Steak Sub for delivery . I young lady? Took the order phone. She gave me a time Frame-from a 1/2 hour to 2 hours , how could you mess up with that? ( like a stab in the dark)Very poor Customer service ! It showed up at a hour and a 1/2 ice cold and pretty skimpy for 16 bucks . With that amount of time and money it should have been At least hot. The worst pizza place in the entire world. On more than one occasion has said delivery will be in 1 hour. It has taken more than 2 hours!! The manager refuses to provide any kind of compensation for this. I even explained that if I had known it would be longer, I would have picked it up myself. They could have told me or called me to give me this option. The manager shrugged it off and said that he isn't clairvoyant. But it is his business to know how long it takes to make and deliver pizzas. And make sure it happens. And when it doesn't, to make it right by the customer. The pizza is hardly better than a frozen pizza. So this lack of business savvy is definitely not off-set. So disappointed for the local restaurant that I have been trying to support. read more

Ordered a tuna mini sub and waffle fries, online. Loved how user friendly the site was. The food came in a timely manner and was hot/fresh and the fries were crispy! Just how I like them. The young man who delivered my food was very pleasant as well. I appreciate there will to stay open to the town during hard & scary times, when I know it's been hardest on small business. They are the slowest pizzeria I have ever been to. Deliveries are over 1.5hrs when they tell you 1hr and pick-up is 45-min1hr when they tell you 30min. Nothing like the pat's in buffalo. read more
