They make their own Sub rolls that are Huge compared to other places. I Really like all their subs. Very good food.

This is by far the best pizza place in Hamburg and in Boston and probably the only place that will make wings crispy when you ask

We all had a great time talking and enjoying our time together. Service was great. The waitress was running around like crazy. She was the only waitress. She dud great taking care of everyone. Food was excellent. Wings were the best and the pizza was cooked perfectly. Fries were the bomb! I will need to come back to try some more food.

I like going for the Thursday wing special. You can get 10 chicken wings for $7.50. There are at…read moreleast 2 dozen wing flavors to choose from, probably more. I will say that I've had several and when there are that many sauces and flavors, some are bound to be better than others. However, the important thing is that they cook the wing properly to get a crispy exterior and meaty, juicy interior. No chewy, gummy skin, and the interior remains juicy. It's an art that most establishments, even in Western New York, are not able to achieve consistently but O'Neill's always nails. The Smitty sauce was good, as is the traditional Buffalo sauce. I was a bit underwhelmed when I had the Jamaican Jerk wings. It did not say on the menu that it was a dry rub, and it listed it as 2 pepper hot. If it was a sauce rather than a rub, I couldn't tell, it was not saucy, and it was not spicy/hot, at least not to my sense of heat. The overwhelming flavor profile I could discern was salt. But like I said, the wing was cooked perfectly so all was good in the end. I'll be back to try the Holy Ghost Pepper sauce and see if I can live up to that challenge.

A new location and a new look. Off The Wall Sandwich is a sparkling clean and colorful restaurant…read more With vibrant wall art, and striking lighting, the interior has an energetic vibe. This is a busy spot for classic American favorites: burgers, sandwiches and wings. From my previous experience, I knew it's worth checking the menu beforehand. For someone who is trying to make healthier choices, but not salad, this might be a good idea. I remember the last time I had the Classic Grilled Cheese Melt. This time, to avoid beef, bacon, or fried chicken, I decided to substitute a burger with grilled chicken breast for an additional $1. The Frenchie was my choice. I asked for the included Bison dip on the side and added Grilled Cremini Mushrooms for another $1. I simply couldn't find any ready-made combinations that suited my taste. All the burgers, melts and sandwiches come with your choice of fries or tater tots. We waited longer than expected for our food. The restaurant started filling up after we arrived. There were a lot of takeout orders while the dinner rush was starting. They should have a parallel system in the kitchen to keep the dining room moving at its own pace. Anyway, my sandwich was good. The chicken was perfectly grilled. The mushrooms and onions were flavorful, and the provolone cheese was melted and delicious. It's good that I asked to have the Bison dip on the side. We enjoyed the mountain of fries and onion rings (we really liked the breading on the onion rings). The Mac and Cheese was basic, but classic and very tasty. Unfortunately, our feedback on the Steak Hoagie was not so good. It wasn't as expected - a juicy, Buffalo-style, meat and cheese sub. My partner said that too much spice rub made the sandwich salty and dry. It wasn't the experience of dripping, shaved steak covered with lots of melted cheese, grilled peppers and onions. There was none of it. It was dry, smallish and disappointing. Our server Kimora took good care of us. She was smiling, and made our stay very pleasant.

My dining companions & I agreed we had a difficult time choosing our entrees. Amongst the table, we shared the donut flight (chocolate, powdered sugar, and brown sugar cream cheese) and the sweet potato pecan pancakes. It was a unanimous vote that the brown sugar cream cheese donut was the best (and sadly, the powdered sugar donut was tough to cut with a fork and dry in texture). For my meal, I opted for the queso and pork stuffed chilaquiles verde burrito. The shell was crisp and the pork was tender but I could have used more verde sauce. The only downside was being the first patrons of the day and having to sit through nearly half our meal before drinks were refilled. I enjoyed the breakfast old fashioned before we left and look forward to the next brunch opportunity.

Food: 0/10 Alright this is the third time I've come to this location. I'm trying to be fair but the bad food is consistent. For instance tonight I got the "campfire" plate which was fries, Mac and cheese, chicken, and brisket. Fries? Too hot to eat first. Mac and cheese? Literally colder than room temp and DRY! No cheese...like cold dry noodles? The brisket was slimy and small portion sized, the chicken was fine I guess. Everything else was so gross though by the time I got to the chicken I didn't care. I've come every time with my family of 4, and all 3 experiences were the same. I wish the food was anything but what it is because I'd love to come back here. I'll never recommend it and I'm actually just going to give away my $100 gift card to anyone who wants to dare to eat here.
