They had some spring items in tho from what we have at our normally frequented location on Hulen, the selection was a lot smaller. The amount of houseplants seemed very limited, I only say this because this is one thing we look at. The Hulen and Debbie Lane locations both have big houseplant areas along with the seasonal outdoor colors. They did have some small Coleus plants in stock which is a favorite of my wife's. Of course we had to grab a few. It was close to closing time, some of the staff seemed a bit busy. It was worth stopping in to see what they have as not all locations carry the same items.

Their product is certainly more expensive... BUT, it's a really lovely experience every time I visit, I've always found beautiful foliage, and the staff is helpful -- all that's worth a lot. I really do enjoy strolling, reading about different plants, and breathing in the planty air. Recently we made a Calloway's trip with baby Winnie in tow, and we picked out a bunch of goodies. A Japanese maple tree (since my mother stole my other one), two astilbes, lavender, rosemary, sage, basil, geraniums, and an azalea. Each plant looked healthy on the shelves to start and is now thriving even more, happy at home in our backyard.

So disappointed. I purchased 2 trees here about 3 years ago. Wonderful experience and service. A…read moremonth ago (March 13th) I purchased some maintenance: soil injections for 7 trees and tree trimming for 2 trees. It took 2 calls and 2 emails before I was finally contacted for the injections (March 25). Now, I've called the store, my salesperson and emailed the booking dept checking status on tree trimming. Finally got an email April 13th that says "I do see you purchased it, but it did not populate on my end. I will reach out about the date as soon as I receive that paperwork." It's April 16th and no response or update. I have used another tree trimmer in the past who comes out same day! It's ridiculous at this point. If you're busy at least tell me. Will not use them for maintenance in the future.

Green Acres Nursery & Supply had what I needed! My white small dog has been scratching. Asked my new know it all, Claude and it said to get 3 items, all were found at Green Acres Nursery & Supply. The lawn and garden is going to be treated with Nature's Creation Cedar Repel, Flea Destroyer and Medine Orange Oil Concentrate. The dog gets another bath and vinegar rinse. I never looked to see the price of the items, priceless in my opinion.

Went there to buy a bonsai tree for a birthday present. This is a house/backyard set up don't be…read moresurprised. Ray is very nice and knowledgeable of his craft. I picked the tree I liked and got a beautiful pot for it. He repotted the tree, trimmed leaves and branches. Very cool to see him at work. He did wonderful job and answered all of my questions. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be back to get my own bonsai. I would recommend to call first before you go.

He is a bit older but damn he knows his bonsai. There were so many different kinds and he gave us information on all of them. He could definitely teach a class. In fact, I suggest following his blog. He recently did an outing where he brought some of his blog followers to a creek bed and did a bonsai dig! His nursery is run out of home and you can visit by appointment only. Don't let that discourage you though. He is very accommodating and has customers from all over the US including Colorado and Michigan. There are a few outdoor sections as well as a greenhouse for the tropical varieties. What I thought was super cool is that he has a section with all the pottery, decorations, wires, and shears. I have not seen that anywhere else. There is even a well trained dog that follows Ray around but does not go into the garden sections. How sweet! I cannot wait to come back here!
