I'm always ordering from here it was my go to takeout spot since moving from Philly but the owner is a total idiot when it comes to running a business! Lost a loyal customer that spends hundreds of dollars faithfully patronizing his establishment because he didn't want to listen to reason. Lesson 1 if a customer is spending on average $50 an order and there's an issue with an order ummm I'd act rational and most definitely make sure they're happy and satisfied with my place of business cause it's all about your repeat customers THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! you could stand to learn a few things from a more successfully run business cause thanks to you I'm gonna take my business elsewhere where I'm appreciated! Well. We tried to give them another shot and I must say I was not disappointed. They outdid themselves this time . Food was ordered at 6:15PM. Food arrived at 8:10PM. It took 50 minutes just for the driver to deliver the food. Of course the food was cold. Why should I continue to give them my business ? Nah ! read more

I really like their cheese pizza. The actual cheese tastes delicious and the sauce is light and a little sweet. I can't stand thick pizza sauces that resemble marinara. They deliver, and don't forget to use the coupons attached to their menus for extra savings! read more

The employees at this pats pizza have zero customer service skills. It took me a good ten minutes to place my order due to the person on the phone not knowing how to communicate in a legible manner. I asked to speak to someone else and she told me there was no one else in the building with her that could speak on the phone not even a manager. After finally getting my order placed I waited almost an hour for my food only to call and be informed that they canceled my order. I asked to talk to the so called owner who also had terrible customer service skills who wouldn't give me a chance to explain what happened and Proceeded to go into a screaming match with me on the phone. I have been ordering from this pats for years but now i would never spend my money at this establishment ever again. They definitely need a change of management as soon as possible. read more

WE have been getting pizza here for over 20 years, but will no longer go here. 4:25 pm 12/19/18 square pepperoni take-out pizza, very thick crust and little cheese and tomato sauce, it was terrible, premium price for a mediocre pizza. I do not know what happened to their quality, but there was no one in the dining room and no one else picking up pizza which was odd considering the rush hour traffic but none going to this business. Place is a joke... after 2 hours my order still never arrived even though I watched the delivery driver cruise by my house twice. Once I called the store and talked to an associate he put me on hold, next thing I know I'm talking to a manager who doesn't introduce himself and has an attitude, than insisted they just cancel my order. Public Service Announcement: Since Pat's Pizzeria, here in Middletown, has expanded, they have done nothing but go down hill and have forgotten what customer service is. Tonight , just a few minutes ago was another example of how much they care about there customers and their own reputation. We were heading home and came up behind one of their delivery drivers who was double parked in the street right before a stop sign. Bill lightly tapped the horn to let him know someone was behind him so we knew what he was going to do before trying to pass him. The driver very rudely threw his hands up as if to say what is your problem, so we cautiously proceeded to go around him and as we did so, I politely said to him (since his window was down) that wasn't a good place to park, in which he hollered back at me "FUCK YOU". Now if you know Bill he doesn't go for that let alone it being said to me but I will give him credit, he just kept going and we ended up right at Pat's. Bill and our youngest daughter went inside and was talking to the owner's wife, explaining what had happened. She told Bill next time to just call the cops. Bill said OK but thought you would like to know since the guy was representing you and your business, at which time the owner came out of the back screaming at Bill telling him to get the hell out of his restaurant. Needless to say, we have tapered off eating there due to different things that have happened since they expanded but we will never eat there from here on out. read more

Service is terrible. I called in to order a pizza for delivery. I asked a few questions about their pizza specials and my options and all I got was attitude back from the woman who was taking my order. She put me on hold in mid sentence so I hung up. She called back with a nicer attitude to verify if I still wanted the two large pies I ordered. Uh No! I hope their managers read yelp so they can see how poorly their staff performs. Decent menu variety, food's good enough and prices are reasonable. Two thing: (1) wine prices are listed in the menu, but beer and soft drink/etc prices are not, which I found odd; (2) paid $14.99 for the "New Orleans shrimp and sausage (over penne pasta)" dinner. I ordered a square pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese two nights ago. I live less than 3 miles from the store. It took 84 minutes to get my pizza. Then when I went to eat it, the entire center was raw dough. I was so pissed I tossed it. I will never order from Pat's again - totally disappointed. What a waste!! read more

This is asking what did I like about it.....this location has the worst service ever! I have lived in this area for about 10 years. We used to have no problems ordering and getting the order correct. The last couple of years however have been absolutely horrible. I stopped ordering for several months, gave them a chance but there was always something wrong with the order. Stopped ordering again, this evening I figured let's try again. Same crap......the person who took my order hot my order wrong once again. I ordered a large Italian sub with everything on it but peppers. She proceeded to repeat the order and mentioned grilled onions?????? I told her no grilled onions. So I explained exactly what I wanted on the sub. Well, after picking it up and arriving home, it was a small Italian sub. I have yet to open it to see if they git the rest if right but I highly doubt it. I refuse yo ever order from them again. In fact, I forbid my family to order either. I ordered 20 breaded wings, what a disappointment again. I use to really like their wings,but the last year they have been a hit or miss. Tonight's order must have been from left over weekend grease, the wings were so greasy. Ididn't bother to call and complain, but I am done with Pats. Recently received a $5.00 "We miss you" coupon for $21.49 order. I turned the coupon in upon delivery. While checking my account I discovered I was charged the full $21.49 instead of $16.49. Upon speaking with a manager, I was informed that their system showed I was charged $16.49 and it must have been a mistake by the bank and I should maybe speak with the bank about it. After some back and forth it was apparent to me the customer was not right in this situation but the manager would speak to someone and maybe see if I can be credited for my next order. Customer Service at its best...Ridiculous! I've been a customer for 10+ years. It's not about the lousy $5.00... it's the principle of how I was treated as a customer. The right answer was let us make it right ...not go check with your bank, our system is not wrong and maybe we can give you a credit.
