And while others needed us to reschedule a full day to do a deep inspection just to identify the fix, Chad was able to get started the day of at a fraction of the cost. He expertly identified the source of our water problems and was very tactful in avoiding major cosmetic damage to find it! I was quoted 2-3 days for a job that took multiple weeks and cost me $16,000 which they do require a 50% deposit upfront. Workers do not show up until 11am and then leave around 4pm or 5pm. I was told multiple different timelines by multiple people, not communicated with at all, and left days without plumbing when I was reassured every time that it would be "up and running by the end of the day". There were multiple communication breakdowns including when they showed up the first day. The crew showed up with a back hoe to dig up my entire front yard which was the complete wrong job and everything was to be done in my basement. I was also told multiple times that the city inspection would happen which needed to be done before concrete was poured and not once did a city inspector come out and see my basement. I had to call the office multiple times and ask when the inspection was to which I would be told the next day and the next day and the next. The workers left an absolute mess in my house including their own personal garbage (multiple empty water bottles, cigarettes, food wrappers, etc.), left the plastic covering everywhere in the basement, ruined my floors and walls because they did not put plastic up along my stairway, and wreaked my lawn when I have a huge concrete porch and driveway they could have walked on/ put things on. I emailed the owners to reach out about my experience to which they said they would get back to me and of course they did. I was only given a $300 discount which doesn't even pay for the handyman I need to have come and take out a wall because they let water leak all over it. For $16k you would expect grown men to at least be able to pick up after themselves. Very disappointed in the work and communication.
