Bought a car Saturday asked for the Car Fax and they dealership said they used another company to review wrecks and records on the car. Even though Car FAX is on their website. My husband found a couple dings on the truck. Ran the Car Fax and it had two accidents. The dealership stated the truck was not in any accidents. Mr. Patterson please call me because this dealership did not inform us of the truth regarding the truck. I asked for the Car Fax and they avoided and made us think the company they used was better. Again, my husband and I asked specifically for the Car Fax and specifically asked if it was in a wreck and they said NO but it was in 2 accidents. I have the car fax . It appears that a rating before mine had the same experience with the dealership lying about damages to vehicles. read more

While traveling I hit an object in the road and ruined my wheel and tire. After trying several places to find replacement I found Pattersons. The service department was awesome. I called about a vehicle at a partner lot, salesman, Christian, that was not very knowledgeable about their Orr auto group asked I text him info to confirm vehicle I was interested in. It took him 30 minutes to respond and tell me he would know something "within an hour" and would call me. 2 hours later I show up at dealership and asked why they couldn't even keep their word to call me and give me and update of "we haven't heard back, we'll let you know" the sales manager came out to nonchalantly tell me oh well. He ended by telling me he'd call me when he hears something, guess who still hasn't called... Customer service is at a level zero at this dealership, zero leadership qualities in the "management" department. It's sickening this is the way the world is going and it's accepted by society. The only positive I had about my visit was the experience with a young gentleman that met me outside that joked with me about Christian being asleep instead of working, I hope someone offers him a job at another dealership so he can get out of a bad environment. read more

Dishonest dealership, worst experience buying a vehicle of my life, and to top it off my truck has been messed up since day one of me purchasing it. Truck made it less than 28k miles before tranny went out. Thankfully I got a warranty ($5000) that covered me a new transmission. Highway robbery at its finest, and these people should feel guilt and shame from taking advantage of their "customers". (more like victims.) all of that as well as the numerous lies and broken promises they told me. If you go forward with purchasing a vehicle from this dealership I recommend you have a whole gallon of Vaseline on standby. read more

Very dishonest dealership. They said they were going to sell me a car at MSRP but added $2,595 for a "consumer protection package" that covered door dings, key fobs, and up to four times without telling me until I noticed a discrepancy in the price. I told them that I didn't want the "consumer protection package", and they refused to take it off. read more

Took my vehicle, that is still under warranty, here. I thought instead of taking it to another town, I would try locally. I had an 8 am appointment, so I dropped it off the night before so they could have it first thing. 11:30 rolled around, still nothing. So I called. Believe it or not, they STILL hadn't looked at it. Said the tech would look at it when he got back from lunch around 1:30pm. 4:15 they call. Told me it had a stored electrical short code, but the "tech" wanted another "tech" to look at it and he would be back after the weekend. Wanted to know if I needed my vehicle or wanted to leave it over the weekend....REALLY?!?! 8 am appointment, "look at it" at 4:00 in the afternoon to tell me the floor sweeper don't know what he is doing!! Bring it back Monday when we have the only REAL tech working?!?! TRASH!!! read more

Service Department was so nice to work with and very understanding! YAY!! My daughter's 2007 Cobalt needed attention since her check engine light would shine ever so brightly. They connected it to the computer and didn't find a problem, few days later, same thing happens. No problems. We determine child of mine had a bad tank of fuel and/or isn't using the right octane level for her little SS. Late on a Friday afternoon, Tammy with Patterson is on the phone with me with the final diagnosis yet I'm also very concerned my daughter was embarking on a very long drive that weekend. Tammy gave me her cell number, told me to call if she had any issues and assured me the car was fine to drive. Seems like my child drove the entire State of Texas that weekend (kilgore to san antoinio/austin/houston/back to kilgore) and didn't have a problem. Tammy even followed up with me first thing Monday morning to check on her. Two visits and they didn't charge a thing. Thank you Patterson Chevrolet! read more

My husband bought his truck 2018 Silverado 1500LT from here and it was and has been the worst experience of purchasing a brand new vehicle. We had to wait 3 hours to wait on a finance guy to "complete paperwork" while really he was eating lunch. We even asked if we should go eat lunch and come back. When we finally were called in to sign papers he printed the paperwork in front of us. The transmission went out at 30000 miles. They repaired it but it took 3 days. Then the transmissions ent out AGAIN a week later. It took about 2 months to replace the transmission. Then at 60,000 miles the rack an pinion had to be replaced (not covered by the warranty) $2000. We ALWAYS get out truck serviced at a Chevy dealership regularly to be sure to keep our warranty coverage. Every other dealership has completed the oil change and tire rotation for about $67 but this location charged the oil change only was $87. I personally will NEVER purchase another vehicle at this location and possibly no other Chevrolet dealership again. read more

This is absolutely the worst dealer ship I have ever used in my life. We traded in a truck and they were giving us exactly what we owed $22,000. We get a new truck $45,000 have it 2 years find out we are about to have our 3rd child go to trade it in and find out we owe $45,000 still because at Patterson they lied and rolled our truck over into the new payment truly just scum nothing but liars especially in the finance department. this place is a true joke. went in to look at a vehicle was met with a sales man whom come to find out was not a Patterson employee but a third party sales man that tried to same me a car for 21000. I thank God I did not buy because after looking on there web page they had the same car for 15998. plus sending my credit to 12 banks sending my credit score down. when I called back to Patterson they said they never found anything that I had ever been there. The experience I had at this dealership was amazing. Called them when I was on my way and told them which vehicle I'd like to see. It was put front ready for a test drive upon my arrival. From sales to finance this dealership took an interest in what I wanted. This was not a big box dealership but smaller and personable. I would definitely recommend.
