I rented this Limo Service in May 2021 for my daughter's Quinceañera for July 2021. They charged me $695 for a minimum of 3hours. I gave them the location to be picked up and dropped off the day of the booking. I texted the Limo service to confirm 1 week prior to my daughter's Quinceañera to make sure I would not get any surprises and they said we were set doe that day. The day of my daughter's Quinceañera the limo driver (Frank) texts me to let me know he would be picking them up at 2pm but they do not drive on dirt roads. The Venue was off of a dirty road because it was outdoors. I told Frank that when I booked and gave him the address he did not mention anything about dirt roads. He then said I would have to pay $95 for car wash. I asked if I could pay half since he never mention about dirt roads and he said I had to pay $95 for car wash. I had to pay the $95 above the $695 for the service because it was last minute and I wasn't going to leave my daughter and her court without a ride. Then when he takes the kids to take pictures he just drops them off at the picture site and would not drive them closer to where the photographer was going to take them pictures. The photographer asked him if he can drive them around to the other side and he refused and was very rude to the photographer so my daughter and her court had to walk a good 7min. in 100 degree weather to get to the photo site. I read over my contract and it does not mention anything about dirt roads. I believe he did that since he knew I would pay it because it was 1hour before he had to pick up my daughter. I called Frank from Patterson Limousine today to clarify if he was truly going to charge us. He said "yes he was and further more going to charge us for another hour because you guys were an hour over." I said our plan was to pay to have the limo longer into the night and then the accident happened. I said do you realize this could've killed all 13 of us? He said it didn't kill or hurt anyone. I said so you are telling me you are going to fully charge us even though we experienced an accident in YOUR vehicle? He said yes and that I wasn't the one who signed the contract with him and if I called him back he would charge me with harassment!! I said I can't believe your job is transporting people and this is how you deal with situation. I hung up at that point Needless to say I'm reporting the safety of his company and could give a flip about the money at this point. Hired them to accommodate us for my husbands surprise 40th bday party. The pricing was very affordable and the H2 limo was awesome. Our Driver Tony was on time and stayed in contact with me throughout the planning and actual event. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure our night was smooth and safe! My experience deserves zero stars. We paid in advance for Frank, our driver to take us from Patterson to San Francisco Airport then pick us up after our trip and bring us home. As he was dropping us off to hop on a 14 day trip he tells us that we need to find another way home because our group plus luggage was too heavy and an unsafe drive for him to make. There were 7 adults, 3 kids plus luggage in a 20 person limo!!! Seriously?! So does a 20 person limo not actually hold 20 people? Our group was half the maximum occupancy and even with the luggage it wouldn't equal what 20 people would weigh. When we told him we paid in advance and had no technical issues on the way there he told us "Take me to court then". We had to figure out transportation home and had that hanging over our head the whole trip. I would absolutely never use this company again. read more

I booked this company for my best friends wedding and I spoke with the owner him self and i told him that I was looking for a Hummer limo and he had one available and quoted me a price of $457 for 4 hrs so i put down the $100 deposit for the Hummer limo and when it came down to the wedding day the driver shows up in a lincoln town limo and i was FERIOUS!!!! they did not want to own up to the mistake and because the owner "was out of office" and ruined my best friends wedding and photos I was forced to keep the lincoln because I was backed into a corner and the wedding was in 30 min upon drivers arrival. then the owner calls me 7 days later just to tell me that i was wrong and i never said anything about a hummer limo. Terrible, terrible, terrible. We hired this company this weekend for a quincenera. First they said they'd send a contract. A few days before the service and I had to hunt down my confirmation that they were going to show. They asked that I re-send all info I had already provided to make the contract. On the day of the event the driver refused to start driving until I showed up with my credit card, even though I had worked out with the office that I'd be at the venue. The limo broke down right away after picking the kids up. The driver refused to call into the office with a bunch of desperate teenagers trying to call their parents. When I called they said they'd send someone right away and it should be around 30-45 minutes. After 45 minutes I called and they said they couldn't give me an estimated arrival time. The finally showed up about an hour and 15 minutes later. This made it impossible for them to take the kids to the photography session prior to the event. All pictures there were lost. The photographers had to be paid several hundred dollars to stay extra to get enough of the pictures - just not on location. When I explained this to the manager as we were waiting for them to arrive they just kept saying that if I didn't pay them their money, they would not go pick up the kids. I asked numerous times where the kids were and they said they were trying to find out. Out of desperation I agreed to pay them $200 because the kids were stranded in an unknown location and they wouldn't pick them up for us unless I paid. The owner kept saying, "do you care about your money or the kids". All in all they ended up only driving them 15 min to the venue, but wanted 1/2 their fee that we had booked for 2 hours. It was my friends wedding dayy june 8th, 2013.The limo got to her house and we already notice that he wasnt going to be that friendly.we get into the limo to the church and it was soo hot.The air conditioning wasnt working and he already knew that when they could of gave us a limo that had no air when it was 106 degrees outside.When we left the church to the hall the kids were crying becuase they were hot and uncofortable!We go and take pictures and he seemed like he didnt even want to wait for us for anything and was in a hurry.We get back in and the guy told us to complain to the owner (frank) who was a total ass hole calling us liars and laughing on our faces!To all you people out there I do not RECOMMEND this company to anyone because you will get nothing what you expect from it just rudeness and will never use them again!!! read more

For a short time i was a driver for Frank ( not his real name ) I found out that Frank did not think it was necessary to pay me for my driving time from his office to the point of pick. In some cases over 1 hour. I finally had to take him to the State Labor Board where i won my case. read more

You couldn't pay me to let this company drive me down the street. The owner doesn't care about the people he has in his limo. What kind of person/business owner would risk his customers safety for a couple dollars? The worst part is after everything goes wrong and the people in his company's care are left standing on the side of HWY 99 now for the best part you only have to pay him for a extra hour what a joke. The limo went back to his yard on a tow truck!!! When a group of adults pay to be driven around for the night because they are being responsible and end up in what could have been a very bad accident due to the person they paid not being responsible they shouldn't be the ones punished. I found this company on google while trying to find a limo for my wedding. I booked it this company because it seemed pretty good. The limo arrived at the location to pick me and the girls up to take us to the church, this was Saturday the 8th, and it was over 105 degrees outside. So when we got in the limo, it was really hot in there and we ask the driver to put the ac on and he said it was but all it was coming out was hot air. Anyway we made it to the church all hot and sweaty. After the church, we all got back in the limo to go take pics (18 of us) and it was extremely hot in there and then we went to the hall. When we arrived we asked the driver what was wrong with the ac and he then told us that it was broken. I am sure he was aware of that when he arrived at the location to pick us up so he should had told us and went to get a limo that was working properly. That limo wasn't in good working condition. The driver did told us to call the owner ( Frank) which we did and he wasn't very helpful or nice. He even called us liars. Anyway I just want to let all of you out there that intend in using this limo services that is is not a good idea. I do not recommend this service to anyway. The Hummer limousine was beautiful and the driver was great! However, the company appears to be shady and does not stand behind their word. I booked the limousine a month in advance for my daughter's 13th birthday party. Frank, the owner stated at that time that he did not allow use of glassware inside the limo because given the age of the girls, he felt the glasses may break. On the day of my daughter's party the limo arrived fully stocked with glassware. After 3 hours of 20 thirteen yr olds inside the limo, two of the glasses were bumped and accidentally broken. Frank insisted on charging my credit card $50 for the broken glasses without my authorization. I attempted to remind him of our previous discussion about not having glassware in the limo and his response was that I signed a contract agreeing to the fees. This company is clearly looking for an opportunity to make a few extra dollars, even at the expense of losing a repeat customer. The owner Frank, is extremely rude and unreasonable. I definitely would not recommend this company. Had I have done my research before booking them, I would have seen the other negative reviews on the Internet. read more
