What a disappointment. After a great experience for my son's winter formal, I returned for his prom. I wanted to make sure it was just right so I went in-person to order a bouquet, bringing a color swatch and talking about what I wanted. When I arrived to pick it up today, there had been a mistake on the order date and the bouquet wasn't ready. She assured me they could make one quickly while I waited. When the woman brought out the first one, she could tell I was disappointed and to her credit, she took it in and redid it, trying to get the color of the flowers to better match the dress. And while the second bouquet was better color-wise, it was so uninspiring. It is a bouquet of roses and white hydrangeas with a little accent foliage. It looks like any bouquet I could have gotten from a grocery store. But worse, once I started driving home, I noticed the flowers already looked like they were damaged and starting to brown. I know things, such as wrong dates, happen but I'm left feeling like I spent a lot of time (I don't live close) and extra money for an inferior product. This is magnified by the beautiful examples of bouquets that have on their website. If only! My advice is to bring in pictures of what you would like and maybe specify types of flowers. read more

My husband bought me a dozen white roses out of the blue Which was super sweet but even when I got the flowers, I could tell they were older. I didn't want to complain to my husband (to make him not feel like I didn't appreciate the gesture.) but within two days, they were full fledge wilted and needed to be thrown away. I looked on site and the flowers were $89. I would think for $100 with tax and everything ( even tipped the driver) that they would at least last minimum a couple days!? I decided against going to the large flower shop near my home to give my business to a small business because I understand how small businesses thrive off local patrons. So I walked into this business looking for a bouquet for a birthday celebration and although the guy behind the counter was working with another customer, he saw me come in but never even acknowledged me, never welcomed me and totally ignored my presence. I walked around the small shop and looked in their stark bare cooler for something I could just grab and go and still...NOTHING. After spending about 3mins without so much as a hello, I walked out. Off to the large florist near my home. Won't be coming back here again... My reply to your response: Tom, why on earth would I randomly write a bad review for your business?!!! I guess people are out here doing drive by reviews now huh? Like who DOES that? NOT ME! Your reply is #1: indicative of your poor customer service and lack of professionalism which is exactly why I walked out without spending a single cent with you and #2: Proof positive that you're oblivious to what salesmanship and effective communication actually is. And YES, I WAS IN YOUR SHOP. I surmise that you were the tall Caucasian man assisting the two dark haired women standing at the counter when I came in this afternoon. I walked over to the cooler that had maybe 5 or 6 small arrangements in vases all priced between $55 - $75 (overpriced bundles of twigs). And there was no other attendants in sight. I walked in, walked around and walked out without taking pics of your pathetic display because I didn't plan on putting you on FULL DISPLAY of how inept your establishment was today. Hindsight: after seeing your ridiculous reply, I should've taken pics to totally embarrass you and show further proof that I was in your store. As I sat in my vehicle writing my review, the two ladies you were working with finally came out, hopped into their white Ford Mustang that was parked directly in front of your front door and drove off. Perhaps if you would take feedback on your so called business more gracefully, I wouldn't have gone back and forth with you like this. But in the grand scheme of things, I am but just one customer. The owner called me and said it was the "hospitals fault" so if you want flowers delivered by this florist you need to take them yourself. The worst corsage for the money! Don't buy it for the daddy daughter dance! 60.00 for more ribbon than flower. No customer service when I complained. They need to pay people to make them I was told. In there store you can get an arrangement of red roses for 65.00 that look better than my two measly roses in my daughter corsage! Never again.
