I arrived punctually at pickup time which was the same time they opened. When I walked in three employees were noticeably rushing to create arrangements. I was greeted, I told them my name, they ran over, grabbed my flowers and handed them to me and ran off again. I was so disappointed. You could tell the poor things were NOT FRESH, had been made days ago and had been sitting in a fridge for a long time. They had freezer burn and were wilting and browning all over the edges, with noticeable places where the badly wilted leaves had just been yanked off but large petal shards could still be seen. It's Mother's Day, I know you're busy but this is the one day you need to get things right. Will not order from here again. Such poor value for the price I paid for it, and where else was I going to go get a replacement last minute? Are the people who ordered last minute getting a better value since their flowers won't be dying in a fridge for days? This place needs to do better, so disappointed. But both ladies working were so kind and easy to work with to help me get a custom arrangement in about 10 minutes. I gave maybe 3-4 notes on what I know my wife likes and doesn't really like, and they came out with the most beautiful bouquet. I buy my wife flowers fairly often, at least once per month for a couple of years now. What a disappointment. After a great experience for my son's winter formal, I returned for his…read moreprom. I wanted to make sure it was just right so I went in-person to order a bouquet, bringing a color swatch and talking about what I wanted. When I arrived to pick it up today, there had been a mistake on the order date and the bouquet wasn't ready. She assured me they could make one quickly while I waited. When the woman brought out the first one, she could tell I was disappointed and to her credit, she took it in and redid it, trying to get the color of the flowers to better match the dress. And while the second bouquet was better color-wise, it was so uninspiring. It is a bouquet of roses and white hydrangeas with a little accent foliage. It looks like any bouquet I could have gotten from a grocery store. But worse, once I started driving home, I noticed the flowers already looked like they were damaged and starting to brown. I know things, such as wrong dates, happen but I'm left feeling like I spent a lot of time (I don't live close) and extra money for an inferior product. This is magnified by the beautiful examples of bouquets that have on their website. If only! My advice is to bring in pictures of what you would like and maybe specify types of flowers.
