Since she left Summit, I have had nothing but bad experiences there mostly, especially with their policies which have changed. They have become a money maker first, when it used to be more about building partnerships in the care of a family pet. Most recently, while traveling, I had to go to a vet at my destination for care and while there, I realized my pup was due for her physical and vacines next month, so since I would not be returning to NJ for a few months, I thought it was smart to get her physical, bloodwork, and vaccines now rather than delay things for several months. rigjt ? However, SDC Hospital refused to renew my flea and tick autoship arrangement because I did not get the physical, bloodwork, and vaccines with them, even though I sent them the records from another Vet to put in the medical chart. It's shameful. When asked what it would take to get the order sent, they said, we would need to do the examination at our facility. SHAMEFULL !!!! Price gauging !!!! I have been a customer for nearly 25 years !!!! Oh and wait till you hear this, and assuming my memory is accurate, previously, one doctor (Indian man) messed up the urine test, never sent it out to the lab it appears, but rather than just acknolwedge the mistake, he instead apparently gave me made up numbers that were not consisent with past tests or the gender of my pup (If I remember correctly) and then when I inquired further over the concerning results, another doctor (Female) said they believed the results I was given by the make doctor were not from my dog, that they made no sense !!!! I've been a patient at St. George's vet with my pets for 18 years; will be pulling my dog's chart since she is only vet there. 1 vet is semi-retired, and the other 2 female vets left the practice. I feel bad for the Vet Techs and front desk staff at St. George Vets.
