The owner has a tradition of owning successful bars, he learned the business from his Mother Tootie, hence the hame DTL Tooties. The DTL comes from a historic bar in Galesburg. With honoring the past and newly remodel, it's an excellent place to stop by and meet some of the local folks and have a beer or two. I highly recommend it!!
