Tyler is a very courteous, professional young man who was fast, efficient and informative. I am embarrassed to say that I had not had my dryer vent cleaned since I moved in back in 2010. He informed me that there was no airflow coming in or going out. Makes total sense as to why my clothes were not getting dry, not to mention the fire Hazzard I posed towards my home and the surrounding attached townhomes. The A/C was working and the elderly person was taken care of. 10 days later the A/C failed. Attempts to access the weekend repair service required much hire then average pricing rates. The problem was not with the timing but with word play and laziness of the repair person. Kept asking "Was the equipment working when they left". And what do you expect me to do at 9:00PM at night. After several attempts he finally admitted they guarantee their work but only on the following Monday. The repairperson enjoyed using generalizations , making statements that had no appearent relation to the request for service. Basically the repair person was absolute they would not be repairing it over the weekend even though he was on call. The conversation lead to me asking if he enjoyed all this word play to which his answer was a definite Yes. He ended the call after his smart ass answers, by promptly hanging up. Clearly he was not enjoying his word play any further. We have used this company to replace three homes Heating and A/C and, we believed they are a responsible company and that the Owner as of this writing is unaware of the abuse from his weekend tech(s). Two attempts to get straight answers from the same tech were made. The one made by a women was aggressive , demeaning and upsetting. The discussion with a male was wordy, out of context and appeared designed to elicit anger. Not getting the anger from the male he hung up. I would think twice before engaging this company on any home where there are elderly, disabled, or home bound young children present. I would also encourage that the male of the family be the one to approach any tech or representative of the company. They have a preference to treat women as second class citizens

Said it was a board gone bad but that he…read morewas not a licensed Bryant dealer so would have to charge us for a new board, even though unit was under warranty. Said he would contact us within half hour with price of board and time frame for purchasing. I would need to sign something for them to actually obtain the board. Never heard from him the rest of Friday, and as of Monday 10:17 am still haven't so contacted a Bryant dealer who can come out tomorrow and will replace the board if necessary under warranty. I would not recommend unless maybe you have a Trane furnace. Good luck.

I waited over 2 weeks for an appointment and when the person didn't show up I called them. First I was told I had the wrong date. I did not have the wrong date. They called me back and said they had to reschedule my appointment but had FORGOTTEN TO CALL ME. We had cleaned out the furnace room and were awaiting the results of the inspection to determine if we could do another home improvement or if we'd need a new furnace in the near future. They REALLY caused problems for us by doing this! I wouldn't waste my time with this company as they are obviously unreliable and have little concern for anyone's schedule other than their own. There are better providers out there who will put their customers first.
