They checked on our loved one with genuine care and thoughtful attention every single time. We were there for about ten days, and the care team was always responsive whenever symptoms changed regardless the shift. They helped us understand what to expect, guided us through logistics, and even supported us with bereavement care. Their compassion made an unimaginable situation more human, and I'll always be thankful for the nurses and hospice care team at St Bernardine.

I want to recognize the Fellow for being professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen and showed real care. That is what patients expect and deserve. (The new glass building) self park structures take a bit of a walk. There's two I used the lot on the south side of the hospital off Barton Rd and Anderson st. It's across the street off Barton. Multi level covered structure. Take the elevator or stairs to the bridge level, walk across the bridge. Then take elevators or stairs back down to ground level. It'll bring you in between buildings. The adult hospital will be on the right hand side. Gift shop will be at this entrance, follow the hall straight to the front check in area. You'll obtain a wristband to pass thru security desk. Just behind security are the elevators. To the left of the security desk is the cafeteria. All staff were very kind and helpful. While I was wandering around looking for the correct entrance a lovely staff assisted me and continued to walk me in the right direction. Over and beyond helpful always brings an extra comfort when family members are undergoing surgery or recovering. The quality of service here exceeded expectation.

They even apologized profusely despite it not being their fault at all.
