That is appreciated. Not all asthmatics will wheeze, and it can present differently so medical professionals just need to be aware of that. There was one PA who kicked me out of the ER in 2014 and nearly killed me and he doesn't believe other people's asthma attacks either. I'm talking about Kurt Harris. All the people he's ever failed are all over google reviews. The doctor at Cal State gave me an asthma treatment two days later and said she was incredibly close to sending me to the ER. I don't care that it was 12 years ago. I'll never forget that I came very close to not being here because he rendered zero treatment. I am very thankful a doctor realized I actually couldn't breathe right and helped me. I was in the ER last month and had a really great PA. She listened, asked questions and figured out that it was viral gastroenteritis after ruling out flu and covid. She made sure I wasn't dehydrated. Gastroenteritis isn't necessarily an emergency, but I never had a case that bad before and didn't know what was happening. she gave me some Zofran and a medication for stomach cramping. The gastroenteritis lasted a long time for me, so I followed up with primary and they did a lot of tests to rule out other stuff. The bathrooms need to be cleaner, especially the ones in the lobby. Also, there is a wide gap in the doors and that is not okay.

Going through cancer treatment is incredibly difficult, but the team here made all the difference. Every nurse we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. They didn't just treat her--they cared about her as a person and supported our whole family through such a hard time. The doctors were outstanding as well. A very special thank you to her oncologist, Dr. Kenni. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also patient, reassuring, and truly compassionate. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we always felt informed and supported. The level of care we experienced here was exceptional. We are so grateful to everyone at Loma Linda for the compassion and dedication they showed during such an important time in our lives.

From the two desk ladies up front to the young Male medical assistant to the female doctor! This whole staff is some of the best care I've gotten for my son. My husbands insurance was an absolute nightmare to deal with we couldn't be seen the night of 11/7 but despite us going in during the last hour they closed the ladies in front did their absolute desk to try and work it out! They even apologized profusely despite it not being their fault at all. HUGE shoutout to Santana though, the pretty lady in pink scrubs who not only figured out our headache of insurance last night but even helped us set up an account , she truly truly went above and beyond for my son and I'm so grateful. Food was the worst, and the silverware had to be returned 2x because it was DIRTY! The nurse kept calling me so pretty and Halley Berry for some reason when I look nothing like her. It wasn't a compliment to me it was unprofessional. They took 3hrs after my request to come and help me to the bathroom and no, they were not busy I could hear them laughing and joking outside. They never hooked me up to machine to check my oxygen levels which was the reason I had to stay there 2 days. I might as well have been home. SO that was wasted money spent. They were supposed to get me up and walk me around and never did for 2 days. There was a pain med schedule on the board and they NEVER adhered to it. My surgeon was furious and they blamed ME the patient for not calling THEM when I was literally speaking to them to provide it. Go ANYWHERE but here!!
