When I went in, a young lady named Taylor saw me yet still had to finish whatever she was playing or texting on her cell phone before waiting on me. I explained that I wanted a copy of an obituary that I would email them, and I would like two on one sheet of paper. She said ok and I waited while she did it, but she brought back multiple pages with portions of it on each page. I explained again, telling her and another worker who had approached the counter that I want it to be cohesive, and two on one page so that I could fit it into a card. They said they understood and then told me it would be three business days. I came back the following week and it was even BIGGER! Taylor brought it to the counter, a big roll, and I said that's not right, I wanted it printed two on one sheet of paper, cohesive, together as one article. Instead it was bits on separate pieces of paper, big paper! Taylor's comment was "oh, that wasn't clear". I have been a customer for many years but this is a different staff and they are not good. If there was a no star rating, this business that is run by a bunch of amateur kids would get it. DO NOT USE THEM if you need any type of photo arrangements. They are completely inept in photography editing and can not even reduce, enlarge or crop. When you pay $100/hr for graphic design, and they fail twice on a simple project, you are better off to go to Kinkos/FedEx on 12th. read more

I was very frustrated with the initial greeting I received and the attitude from the woman who initially received me. She informed us and her co workers that she has "16,000 things to do" and told her co-worker to do it (help us). It was all very rude and unprofessional. The experience was saved by Bri. She had excellent customer service skills and was very gracious when she was helping me. She was very resourceful and willing to help. My first visit printing a project was good. My fiance took in a PDF file I designed in Photoshop and printed 27 copies, front and back in color on thicker card stock. As I sent her with my jump drive to just print the file, she picked it up printed and completed scaled too small. It was a simple mistake, actually my error exporting to PDF from the Photoshop file. I have worked with print shops before knowing this is a small fix compared to most jobs. I brought in the prints and explained what happened and what it would take to fix this scale issue. They said there would be a $15.00 redesign or adjustment fee to fix it OR I could send in the original Photoshop file and they would just reprint from the file. As I was not in a hurry or under a time-crunch, I emailed them the Photoshop files, met up with them the next day to check the proof and then picked up the prints the following day. Never did anyone pressure me to cough up more money. The staff I talked with understood the situation and were happy to rectify it. I felt comfortable that they stood behind their work and printing 100% even if it was more of my fault than theirs. When I picked up the prints, which were tick marked to be cut, which I expected to do on my own. They already cut them to size. Not too many prints shops will go beyond what is expected. If I could give this company a zero star I would. Today this date the 3 female that worked was beyond rude. The one girl I had the pleasure speaking too was a complete Bitch. She was rolling her eyes at me the second I walked in the door. there was 3 people a head of me, so I waited for my turn. Well once it was my turn I was told because I was late I can not get finger printed. I explained I had been waiting in line for 15 minutes, but was not late, when I arrived. The lady in front of me was also late getting her finger printed also. The girls allowed her to be fingerprint instead, turned me down. mind you I traveled over an hour just to be finger printed. This is beyond rude, how Can you be late when I was just doing the nice thing and wait for my turn. If I knew she would do this I would of cut inline instead of waiting. Those girl are beyond professional, and need some training in correct customer service. If I was their boss, thoes girl would be fired On the spot!!!! I will never come back to this place and will never let anyone I know come here. read more

My professor gave my class the option to go to Copy Copy to get the entirety of our notes for the semester. The total was less than six dollars, which seemed very fair. The staff was nice enough, but they seemed very unorganized. They were not very good at getting to customers in the order they came and their overall customer service was lacking. Super rude, unhelpful, incompetent. Asked to make a simple copy and the jerk-off copy attendant jumped right into accusing us of forgery. Rather than simply explaining why he couldn't make a copy of this type he berated us until we left. If you need something printed, try Walmart right across the street. read more

It greatly saddens me to find bad reviews for Copy Copy. The staff has bent over backwards for whatever services my family and I have needed. Last year they had even saved us money by allowing us to pre-pay, months in advance, for our Christmas calendars, at a discounted rate. For me that is a huge service to their customers!! We will continue to use Copy Copy for years to come. Even if a staff member is having a bad day. It happens to everyone of us. To think otherwise is foolish. I will NEVER use Copy Copy again. Ever. I took a jump drive in on Monday, April 7th. I asked for a power point presentation to be printed and spiral bound. I needed 50 copies. The girl asked when I needed them by and I told her the LAST day possible was Tuesday, April 15th. She said they would have them done by April 14th. This morning (April 15th) I called to make sure they were ready for pick up. The girl who answered said "Oh yeah, I have that here. The file wouldn't open." What?? You had the jump drive for over a WEEK and you never called to tell me that? She could have cared less. I told her I needed to ship them out today and she said "Okayyyyy...." so I just told her to cancel the job and have a manager call me. The manager called and we got no where with her either. They hadn't even LOOKED at the jump drive until a day AFTER the job was due to be done. These people could care less if you have something pressing.... I guess they get enough business that they don't need anymore. I called Office Depot and they said they would stay late tonight to get the job done. I can't tell you how much MORE helpful they were than Copy Copy was. I guess if you have a big job, my 2 cents would be to call EVERY DAY and check on progress.... because if you wait until the day it's suppose to be done you could very well be out of luck!!!!! read more
