Check out Value Cuts!!! Great service and awesome place. Only place I go to and get cleaned up. Also makes appointments.

The women do an excellent job! I only get my hair done here. They are good with hair cuts and hair dye. I went from dark hair to blonde and they did not even bleach it. My hair does not feel damaged at all. They sell good hair treatments for girls and gel for men. Everyone in my family gets their hair done here. My little cousins and brothers love their boy hair cuts. The ladies also wax and thread as well as manicure and pedicure. They do everything and have great prices!

I decided to give him a chance, and I'm so glad I did. I asked a lot of questions about layers, styling, washing frequency, hair health, and he patiently answered every one of them. It's obvious that he genuinely enjoys what he does and has a great understanding of hair. He was confident with his techniques, professional, and very kind throughout the appointment. Most importantly, he fixed the face-framing pieces I had been unhappy with and gave me a haircut that feels much more flattering and intentional. I left feeling educated, listened to, and happy with the result. I would definitely return.

I paid $620 total (including a 15% tip, $540 before tip) for a balayage and haircut, which felt extremely high--especially considering the haircut alone was only $80. During the appointment, the experience itself was uncomfortable. Chemicals were dripping onto my face, leaving stains on my forehead, and when my hair was washed, the water was cold and splashed everywhere. A few days later, after washing and styling my hair the way I normally do, I noticed how off the balayage looked. My roots already appeared very grown out--almost halfway down my head. I understand balayage is meant to grow out naturally, but this looked like it had been done months ago when it had only been a week. Even my family commented that it looked grown out. I called the salon to see if they could fix the top portion, and I was told my stylist, Angel, would call me back--but I never heard from her. Overall, I'm really disappointed. Not only was the service expensive, but the results didn't meet expectations, and there was no follow-up or effort to make it right.

I showed Haydee multiple Pinterest photos as well as a previous photo of my own hair so there was no confusion about the look I wanted. Haydee was very nice, but unfortunately the haircut and blowout were nothing like what I asked for. the price I paid included deep conditioning but the conditioner was in my hair for maybe 30 seconds. on top of that, brushing it out half my hair came out because I had "too much" instead of delicately brushing from bottom to top. she was brushing it from happy my hair and yanking down so it tugged all my hair out and hit my earrings several times almost ripping them out. My hair is completely straight and flat, with only the very ends curled in the back. The front pieces were not styled at all the way I requested, and it looks nothing like the reference photos I showed. The haircut itself is also very choppy. I asked for soft, blended layers starting at my chin, but the layers are uneven and harsh instead of seamless. Once I got home and really looked at it, I honestly felt horrible about the result. I feel bad and wasn't going to write anything at first but the vibe of the cut and extra blowout plus the whole washing experience was just horrible I hate to say it I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I paid extra for a blowout and left feeling extremely disappointed with both the cut and styling.

I stopped going to this salon for three reasons:…read more 1. There were always mysterious upcharges which bothered me. I was charged for "extended" root touch-up, despite the fact that I touch up my roots every two weeks and only ever have two weeks of growth which needs to be touched up. Hmmm. 2. Syuzan would ALWAYS try to upsell me on all kinds of things, including trying to convince me to switch from my current nail place, get facials from the aesthetician (who by the way was a grouchy lady who seemed to just hate me for no reason, even though I never even spoke to her or got any services from her), etc. 3. I would have to remind Syuzan what my hair color was, and she also struggled with cutting my hair. One time, she said that she needed to make sure all my hair was black, and went off to mix color. I told her that my hair has NEVER been black. One time, she hacked my hair too short, then another time, she barely cut anything, and I had to go back in to have her correct the cut. I just got tired of the miscommunication, hidden charges and upselling. There are other places I can go, where I don't have to struggle with communication and get all these distressing extra charges.
