I ordered my staple biscuits and gravy and had a fried egg with grits. People cooking the meal we're enjoying their time and having fun while doing it and they showed a lot of care for the quality of them food so I was happy to see that. Everybody there seem to be working together as a functioning team which is really important because you need to be able to work with your coworkers and produce quality food which is what this was. The food I had was warm delicious and hearty, exactly what I look for in a breakfast from a breakfast restaurant. It's one of my favorite foods, but both times the Olivo's barbacoa was dry and bland.
