She explained things clearly, was very thorough, and took care of the emergency issue with ease. My mother in law felt comfortable and cared for. The front desk staff were also consistently rude and dismissive whenever I tried to get help. After months of trying to resolve this directly with the office, I was forced to hire a lawyer. This experience has been extremely stressful, painful, and expensive. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask detailed questions about the materials being used, get everything in writing, and carefully review what is being billed to their insurance.
