(Shipper has to file the claim) He even stalled so long the insurance he provided on the packaging lapsed. So now its my loss, not his. I would say if you are considering doing business with True Blue Auctions and Skip, that you just move on to a more trustworthy and reliable auction house. Because True Blue Auctions in State College, PA is definitely not a auctioneer or auction house I will ever deal with again. Protect your money and stay away.

We told him we would take it and asked what he needed from us. He told us we needed to fill out the application and drop that off with the deposit check. We told him we could take care of it that day, but he told us... "This place just opened up, no one has seen it yet and no one else is scheduled to view anything the rest of the day, so you don't have to rush. Just put everything in a folder and slide it through the mailbox slot in the door and I'll get it on Monday when I come in." Sounds like a done deal, except... I go into work on that Sunday and notice an email from him saying that someone stopped in at 4:30 on Friday wanting to look at it and filled out everything on the spot for the apartment, so unfortunately, it's no longer available. So let me get this straight, after telling you we could give you everything that day, you tell us that it's not necessary and to drop everything off over the weekend. Then you go and sell the place out from under us? That's what you would call "unprofessional". After that experience, they could offer me a place for free and I'd still turn them down.
