The value that controlled water temperature in the master shower failed. The plumbers needed to…read morebreak open multiple tiles to replace the valves. This left missing and damaged tiles that required replacement. I was fortunate to find Certified Unique Tile. Chris came out to assess the situation and provide a proper quote. He explained the process of providing a sturdy and waterproof foundation. The original tile (Carrara Marble) was manufactured as 11x8.6 size was no longer made so he needed to cut down each tile from 12x12. He was able to perform all the work in one day and my wife and I could not be happier with the results. The tile and grout come out perfect. I recommend Chris for any tile (big or small) work. He really knows his stuff!

Even though this was a smaller job compared to the larger projects Chris normally handles, he still showed up on time, kept his promise on the scheduled day, and treated the work with care and professionalism. The tile repair looks great, and he even reinstalled the toilet as a bonus, which I really appreciated. He also fixed a crack in our kitchen granite, and the result is amazing. The filled crack is barely visible now, and the granite looks almost brand new. I would absolutely use Chris again and would gladly recommend him to friends and neighbors. Reliable, skilled, and clearly takes pride in doing quality work. Besides that, he is a very friendly guy.

It's challenging to find a trustworthy and reliable contractor. Well my review is to help you feel…read moreconfident in choosing EZ Tile for your next tile project! James showed up right on time to the minute on a pretty hot day to fix some broken tiles in our front porch area. He thoroughly removed the ultimate and other broken tiles and replaced it with new ones. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and the finished product was amazing. No cutting corners and he even explained why he thinks the tiles cracked/came loose. We are so grateful to have found him. He told us that he actually specializes in bathrooms and showers, which is going to be our next project so we will definitely be reaching out to him when we are ready to tackle that. He is insured as well and works with a partner who does the tub install so him and his partner can do everything from start to finish when it comes to bathroom remodeling. I highly recommend EZ Tile & Stone!!!!

So thankful we found Jamen and EZ Tile & Stone! We had a smaller tile job, so wasn't sure who would…read morebe willing to take something like that on, but Jamen came through!! We recently removed a built-in and remodeled our fireplace, so the tiles around that area needed repairing/replacing. Jamen's quote was super reasonable, and once we confirmed the bid, he found us a start date right away. Jamen confirmed that one of his crew would be coming to do the job. His guy - Paolo - came punctually on the agreed upon time, explained the process, and did an awesome job repairing our tile!! Not only did he work quickly and efficiently, but he worked meticulously and made sure not to damage any existing tile. The first day took from about 9-1:30 pm to demo, cut, and set new tile. The second day he came back to do the grout (took less than an hour). Paolo explained that they wanted to make sure the tile was set/dry before grouting so that the grout color didn't blend into wet tileset color (which was white). I appreciate thoughtful, meticulous, detailed work even if it takes a bit longer. Thank you Jamen and Paolo!!! Already started referring them to friends!
