The demo company and I have already filed complaints with the contractors board and the financing company because this man thinks he can just take people's money and run. How does a grown man blatantly steal, lie through his teeth, and operate with zero integrity? Every response he posts to negative reviews is defensive, rude, and dripping with shady behavior. He cannot be trusted. Nothing he says is real. And I have the documentation to back every bit of this up. I wish I had dug deeper before hiring him. If I can stop even one person from getting screwed the way we did, then at least this disaster serves a purpose.

We've been wanting to add real backsplash to our kitchen for quite some time. Reached out to George who was responsive and professional. He came to our house the following day to give us a quote and had us on the schedule for the job. He suggested to remove the existing couple of inches of backsplash for a cleaner install and to position the tiles vertically to highlight the design. He also suggested to use dark colored grout to accentuate the streaks on the tile. He used the upstand he removed and cut it to make a window sill for our kitchen window too. I can tell George is a very artistic person and it shows in his work. For someone like me whose creativity is almost non-existent, I'm grateful that George gave his suggestions along the way. The install was very clean and he laid protection on the floor and the kitchen surfaces. In my opinion, the quote was fair when you consider the level of worksmanship and his professionalism.
