I had a lot of poor soil, stumps and roots in the back yard that I wanted to get rid of. I thought fall would be a good time to do it so the grass would seed before winter and look good by spring. I expected a pretty slow growth process and didn't think the yard would look like much for at least a few months, but Jay planted a number of large rolls of sod and blended them really well with the rest of the yard. By the time he was done, it was impossible to tell the new area from the rest of the yard because everything looked great together. When you work with contractors, there's always a risk they'll take a long time to finish the job or leave a mess, but Jay was especially attentive to our property and cared about our overall experience. We were always asked beforehand what time would be convenient for us to have them work at the house, and we always knew in advance as to when a worker would show up. They were always specific about the time and never gave us a range (like "sometime between 1:00 and 4:00"). If they said they would show up at 1:00, then they showed up at 1:00. And when his workers were done for that day, there was no way to tell they'd been there other than the quality of work and the beautiful landscape taking shape - no messes, no gates left unlocked, etc. The project was completed significantly faster than I thought it would and the end result was amazing. I would definitely work with Grounds Keeper again and recommend them if you want a contractor that works fast, respects your property, and gets you results immediately.

He worked with me and my husband to get the best shots we could, which was not easy because we were INDOORS, in not the best lighting. He was very attentive to detail and captured some amazing shots of me and my husband before the ceremony. He was respectful of my requests and asked me beforehand what shots I wanted to get and definitely delivered. He was good to ask about when it would and wouldn't be appropriate for photos. He also work on VHS conversion to DVD, 8 MM and Beta and PAL likewise. He had patience in working on our damaged VHS tape. He spliced and clean the tape and put it in a new VHS jacket at a very reasonable price.
