Due to his poor execution, we have been responsible for late fees and penalties. He disregarded our request. According to other reviews, their taxes have been filed on time; however, for the past 2-3 years, our taxes have never been filed on time with Elliot. My recommendation is that he shouldn't take new clients if he does not have enough staff members in his team to meet the demand.
