The first one was supposedly I only booked a braces which doesn't even make sense because my insurance doesn't even cover for braces so why would I book that. The second & third time they told us at 12 & then changed it an earlier time. & now I'm being told that my online appointment I made isn't viable because of the doctors aren't there at the time I made. Why have online appointments available if I can't go to my appointment? I'm literally just coming in for a cleaning. They stopped giving confirmation appointments so they could charge for for the missed appointment, but call you to tell you that you missed your appointment and if you'd like to schedule another one in an outrageous time in the future, then the cycle continues. I called to make an appointment for both an annual exam and cleaning because I'll finally be home but was told that the next available cleaning was in 3 months. I was able to get an exam appointment though. They leave no time in their work day for exceptions or emergency cases. So if you knock out or chip a tooth really bad, it's going to stay that way. During the exams, Dr. Delos Reyes rushes while he probes at your teeth, and doesn't communicate with you aside from the standard "how are you today?" I haven't seen the inside of this office for years, even though I've been trying to. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person who doesn't know what my schedule is going to look like in 3 or 4 months, so I'm uncomfortable setting the appointment. I've been so frustrated with this office for 2+ years that I'm finally leaving! For example, I would have an appointment at 12pm, but I wouldn't be out of there until 5pm. Appointments aren't necessary for this place, because they just go through a list of people that sign their name on their sheet. As of right now, the staff didn't come until 10:20am, when the place specifically said they would be open at 10:00am. Another thing that irks customers that go here is the fact that when they have lunch, ALL THE STAFF HAS LUNCH, so patients like me have to wait another 40 minutes while they take their break. I would understand if they have a break, but at least have some staff working and some staff taking a break. No one wants to spend a good chunk of their Sunday at the dentist. Another point I want to go over is that, since the orthodontist doesn't live around here, they don't offer rescheduling, which sucks. And if you don't show up, you still have to pay. Overall, the actual dentist (Dr. Tolentino) is good and organized. When it comes to having your braces done here by some other Dr., this place is horrible for keeping patients happy.
