When we first arrived, most of us needed to use the restroom (since there isn't one on the boat), and the girl working at check-in seemed a bit annoyed by that. However, once we got on the boat, she was totally fine and helpful. A few things to note: someone in your group does have to drive the boat, so plan ahead for that. You can bring your own 21+ drinks as long as they're not in glass containers, and you'll need to bring your own ice. Once you're out on the water, it's pretty lively with lots of other boats and people. We played our own music and just hung out--it was a really fun, chill experience. The two hours definitely go by fast, so keep an eye on the time. They're strict about going over, even by a minute, so we set a timer and started heading back 30 minutes before our end time. Overall, a fun and unique experience we'd recommend!

I was notified that access to Guadalupe was restricted. Initially, I was understanding when access to Guadalupe was restricted, and Nautilus allowed me to rebook for August 2023. Unfortunately, access was again restricted, and this is where my frustration began. Nautilus refused to allow me to reschedule for the following year, offering instead to apply my deposit ($900) to one of their other trips, however none of the alternatives provided a similar experience. When I requested a refund of my deposit, I was informed that I needed to speak with President Mike Lever and the only means of contacting him was via email. Despite multiple emails, I received absolutely no response from Mr. Lever. Attempts to follow up by phone resulted in vague responses from the staff, promising to remind Mike Lever to respond. This lack of communication and transparency was not only unprofessional but also left me feeling ignored and mistreated as a customer. To escalate the matter, I involved the Department of Consumer Protection from my state, hoping to find a resolution. Nautilus's response, through their attorney, was dismissive and unhelpful, essentially claiming that my state had no jurisdiction and I had no right to a refund. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. It is disheartening to encounter a company that not only fails to deliver the promised services but also evades communication and appears to keep deposits without providing any reasonable alternatives or solutions. I sincerely hope that Nautilus Liveboards takes customer concerns seriously and addresses these issues properly. I caution others to think twice before considering doing business Nautilus Liveboards or Mike Lever. They appear to now being conducting business under SharkDiver.com to avoid the negative press/reviews from so many that they have stolen money from.

OMG. OMG. OMG. Can you say OMG!!!!!!!! I found this place…read morethrough a search for a part for my boat. After talking for a few minutes with Brian I knew this guy and his crew knew everything about my Malibu Wake setter 23LSV I have had several problems with my power wedge eventually the Lenco control box was destroyed. Lenco in their brilliant wisdom discontinued producing them and there is no way to fix it with a different box. That's where Brian comes in. He told me he had done this bypass for another customer. I told him your hired and I pulled my boat over 300 miles to have them fix it. While I was there they found one of my rams had leaked water into it through the seal. This is number 3 for me. WTH. He luckily had one and replaced it along with installing the switch bypass for the power wedge. The price was very reasonable. This guy KNOWS HIS STUFF. I cannot say it enough. If you don't bring your Malibu here you are a fool. Just Awesome!!!!! Thank you Brian and your staff. Cannot wait to have you service my boat again.

The guy who explained how everything worked did a good job - the only thing he didnt know how to do was turn on the sound system via bluetooth so it took us a good 10 to 15 to figure it out ourselves once on the water. The boat was pretty cool and spacious. We would definately recommend it! The only thing that they need to do to make it better would be to install a ladder on the side to get in and out of it. It wasnt easy getting back into it...especially since we were on it for 4 hours and would need to get in the water....if you know what I mean ;). Regardless had a great time. Put a ladder on that thing though!!

New to the boat world I had no clue about how important the correct propeller was for performance…read more The boat I purchased had a 3 blade prop that made maneuvering at low speeds around the harbor difficult with poor handling. I spoke to owner Eddie on the phone and explained I was not happy with the low speed handling etc. He gave me a ton of great information, was very patient with all of my newbie questions and told me to come by with my current prop. I went to the shop which was clean and organized. Eddie pulled up RPM range for my motor, asked me few questions about loading the boat, primary use etc. and picked out a 4 blade prop. Installed the prop and it corrected low speed handling, better out of the hole and hookup. Can't say enough good things about Eddie, awesome guy to work with and knows what he is doing thank you!

They handled everything start to finish, towing, diagnosing the issue, and fixing it the right way the first time. No runaround, no guessing, and no "band-aid" fixes like you get from most places.
