Paul is a chain here and can be found on streets and at airports all around Paris. Did I find it to be good? Sort of. The bread wasn't to special and the chicken stuffed baguette was seething hot (Europeans like their food scalding it seems). But it wasn't too memorable. The part that was memorable was the B**** behind the counter who gave me attitude after asking if she speaks English, in french. I speak a little french but her coworker noticed and brushed her off and took over the order. I asked for a coffee and they gave me one and a bottle water. the coffee was very strong which is what I needed but it wasn't that tasty. Overall its average and seemed to draw a lot of tourist.

Long historic popular bakery chain in Paris with many locations across the city so decided to give it a try. Ordered a Salami Baguette, Butter Croissant and Espresso. Baguette is chewy but kinda hard with not much meat toppings flavor. Croissant was nice but tried more fluffy and buttery ones in other local joints. Somewhat disappointed with it being a popular bakery. Perhaps location specific so hopefully other locations are better.

Today I stopped here for a quick lunch. I had the grande caffe creme, sandwich mixte, and apricot tart. The caffe and tart were delicious. The sandwich was good but they could have added something to make it great. Veggies, a condiment, something!

Paul is conveniently located inside the Louvre for a quick bite before your journey begins. The chocolate croissant was good and fresh and soft.

So good for a quick bite! They have a good deal on a sandwhich/drink/dessert combo and its quite a lot of food all things considered! Can't go wrong, it is always a safe bet and is always surprisingly good! Convenient so close to the Louvre too.

Stopped by the cute Paul pastry shop near the Louvre Paris. I had the chance to enjoy the apple tartlet and chocolate croissant. Both were just want I wanted and needed. Sadly, the coffee machine was broken, but it smelled amazing! Thank you for the experience!

Great food on the go. I had a sandwich, pastry, and coffee to fuel up before touring the Louvre. All were delicious and I'd go back.

We tried the jambon sandwich and chicken baguette, paired with a golden ale beer and coffee. Both sandwiches were outstanding--freshly made with incredible bread, generous fillings, and a perfect balance of textures. The strong cheese they offer on the side is a must; it pairs beautifully with the sandwiches, and the staff even lets you try it before deciding, which is a great touch. We did go around 2pm and unfortunately the pastrami was already sold out, which speaks to how popular it is. We also waited about 30-40 minutes in line, but it moved steadily and didn't feel too painful. We were lucky to find a spot to dine in, though most people grab their food to go. Service was friendly and quick despite the constant rush. The atmosphere is more grab-and-go than sit-down, with very limited indoor seating. Most people take their sandwiches to enjoy at a nearby park, which actually adds to the experience. Be prepared for a queue, but it moves faster than expected--and the payoff is absolutely worth it for what might be the best sandwich in the city.

These sandwiches are curated, edible pieces of art made with love by the one and only Alain. It's easy to see why they're so popular. People love the sandwiches so much that his stall inside Marche' Des Efants Rouges can see lines lasting upwards of an hour or more. And people stay in the line. We lucked out and only had to wait about twenty minutes. I tell you, I'd wait all day if need be. I often dream of the sandwiches we had and can't wait to have them again. A picture is worth a thousand words and therefore, my photos can tell you everything you need to know about how good the sandwiches were. It makes me smile when I look at the pic of us with Alain. What a wonderful human being producing wonderful food for the people.

Charcuterie did come with good presentation like wood board or anything but it was a good portion. I didn't read the menu closely and ordered charcuterie as soon as saw it. I wanted to have some cheese with it. I should have ordered assiette royale which comes with both meat and cheese. I also ordered Andrea which comes with burrata. It was great with salad and lemon shavings but anchovies were pretty salty. I suggest to eat it with some kind of bread. Between that two orders, I was stuffed and couldn't even finish it. Honestly it was meant for 3 to 4 people. One of the employees speak English and she was very nice. Overall experience was great and good spot to hang out.

We sat outside at one of their small table on the street. It reminded me of eating street foods in Asia; except this is in Paris. Service was good but could be better if they can explain us what to order on their menu. I liked the Burrata which was creamy with tangy salad and anchovies. It was a great appetizer for us. Charcuterie came with a paper box in to-go or take-out style. It had variety of cured meat slices. Meats had good flavors, textures, tastes from salty to spicy and tangy from lemon slices. It was good to pair with Burrata. Recommend this place in Paris!
