I walked in for my appointment, a color and blow-out. The…read morecolorist looked at her laptop/schedule and said "we have a problem"; I need my break (2:50). My appointment was scheduled for 2:45pm. She asked the supervisor if she would take my appointment. After back and forth (and me waiting 30 minutes while they discussed who would take me)......the colorist had to take my appointment and whispered to me she would get in trouble if she did not take a break (I was confused because I am thinking she can take the break after the color application). She clearly did not want to take my appointment and I offered to leave. I have never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable. I asked her if I was getting my blow-out and she said she needed to look. This was a confirmed appointment (which I mentioned). After a tense color application my hair was washed, and I decided to leave with unbrushed wet hair. Very unfortunate to get a stylist who literally tells you she does not want to do your appointment and lets you know. The salon had me and another customer and 3 staff. While I had the colorist doing my hair, the supervisor folded towels and another employee was in the backroom. And only two customers. appointment date: Feb 12th 2026.
