I have always paid my bill on time, or adjusted my pay date so that my payment would be on time. In the 7/8 years that I have been a customer, I have only made two claim that Geico actually had to pay out on. However, now they are trying to refuse coverage on two of my cars, stating that I sent them documentation saying that my cars were in different locations back in December of 2021. In the month of December, I was sick with pneumonia, even hospitalized for a week. I never sent in any documentation. When talking with customer service I mentioned that to her. She sent me new documentation to fill out stating that their Underwriter could still deny me coverage for two of my cars. I guess loyalty doesn't go as far as it used to anymore. So disappointed in Geico. Would no longer recommend.

I needed to get car insurance immediately and Stacy obliged. As I looked further I was able to save $100 and get better insurance with another carrier so I did cancel. In my mind she had been so nice I thought I would try her another time since I have to get so many insurance policies overall. When I had to get proof of insurance sent to the DMV oh, she was nowhere to be found. She would not answer my calls or return them. I also emailed her and she did not attend. When I called someone named Stephanie answered and every time I was not allowed to speak to Stacy. in the end I asked if I could get something that says that they sent across the information to the DMV and Stephanie replied that I already have that in the phone call. When I call DMV to verify that the information had come across, they told me that the wrong information was sent and that it still had not been verified for the dates that I was insured. I had to spend large amounts of time just to get this through and it this point it is still not through. I intend to go direct to Allstate to see if I can get this rectified. I would NOT recommend !!
