I was sold a 2024 Nissan Sentra by Jason and as a first time buyer from a dealership ever, he was actually great (besides the finance guy). I love my car still HOWEVER, almost 2 weeks later my battery went out and my car wouldn't start. I freaked out and tried to contact Jason AND the dealership and they were absolutely no help. I scheduled an appointment to have my truck serviced and to diagnose a noise coming from the wheel well. When I arrived, I was surprised to be told that my truck would need to sit at the dealership for a full week before anyone could even look at it. This doesn't make sense to me. The purpose of making an appointment should be to give the technician time on that day to at least assess the issue. Being required to leave my truck for a week without any guarantee it would even be looked at is extremely inconvenient. When I asked if I could drop it off at a later date--so the truck wasn't just sitting there--I was told by the service manager that they don't allow that. Overall, this defeats the purpose of having an appointment and makes it difficult for customers who rely on their vehicles daily. read more

I bought a diesel truck from this dealership 5 years ago. I've tried on several different occasions to get service help from them over the years. I've had a continual, very expensive issue regarding the exhaust system. This morning I dropped by and needed a very simple, 5 minute procedure from the diesel tech and they told me I had to leave it all day. I explained that I couldn't leave it, but if he could simply perform a forced regen for me (5 minutes... doesn't even have to open the hood) I could wait the hour or so for the regen to complete (which requires no supervision by the tech) but they said NO, they WOULD NOT HELP ME unless I could leave it all day. Oh, and by the way, they only had ONE truck in the whole maintenance bay.... they just simply didn't give a shit about helping me. read more

Our buying experience was fantastic. Our service experience has been the very worst. The vehicle had a sensor bad. They wanted us to leave our vehicle and not provide us anything to drive while they had it. No vehicle available. Then they ordered the sensor that they decided it needed. We tried to get the appointment for the replacement sensor. Jeramie wasn't there and no one could make the appointment. We left Jeramie a voice message. No call at all. Called 10 days later and got the appointment for the sensor and our free oil change. They bring out the keys and had not changed the oil. For weeks no one would call us back or schedule us an appointment to fix the sensor and now we have no oil change. We drove from Kingston to Dallas to buy the vehicle and would have continued to go there for our needs. Not now and I will not recommend anyone to go to this dealership. read more

Called for a price to replace headlight bulb in my 2017 Durango and was told it's a $250 labor charge to take off the front bumper. Thanks to YouTubers who've also been told the same thing, I found out that there is an opening in the wheel well that is made for replacing headlight bulbs. Let's just say this experience was one I will NEVER forget! I was emailed about a vehicle I had been looking for coming in and available I was traveling so I inquired online and received a call from Steven I told him I was interested and he told me I had to put $1k down to hold it. When I returned I went in to look at the vehicle took it for a test drive and dropped another $4k. The vehicle was used and per the carfax no accidents but the bumper was messed up so I advised before signing it had to be fixed. I took the vehicle back the next week bc it was having issues cranking and they were fixing the bumper. I picked the vehicle up 2 weeks later and asked was the bumper replaced or just fixed as I was told it would be replaced and kept getting the run around. I later had it checked and found out it was fixed not replaced. They also has to replace the fuel pumps. 2 weeks later the car had a delayed crank again so I took it back and after 20 days o received a call to come get it was told they couldn't duplicate the issue so I could take the car. At this time I said I'm not taking the vehicle and being stuck down the line with a issue the car clearly had when I purchased it I also had made a payment at this time to them nonetheless. At this time Steven no longer wanted to assist and Kenny the sales manager had stepped in to help. Initially I was told I would have to suck up $10k of negative equity bc they were now aware that the vehicle had a issue and couldn't resale it for what they sold it to me for but I had worked in multiple car places and knew a few things so I 1 advised the car came from an auction in which sold cars that had been repo or taken from people locked up 2 the service guy that helped the week before had been let go for shady business 3 it's illegal to sell a lemon or keep a car for repair over 30 days in Ga after initial sale. So at this time Kenny and Ryan helped me find another car to replace mine but I then had to also throw in my Can Am for trade and my $5k deposit went MIA. Looking at the paperwork I still ate the negative equity but I will say Kenny stayed 2hrs late and went above and beyond to assist along with another associate Ryan and John from finance. Let's just say be careful going here I'd only deal with Kenny moving forward and I'm still debating disputing the charge for my initial deposit. read more

They don't seem to understand the concept of making an "appointment". I called them because of a transmission issue in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had taken it to a transmission place but they recommended going to a dealership. The guy I talked to said I could make an appointment to bring it in on Thursday. That would put me in line for them to get to it, but probably not till the following Tuesday to check it over. If it needed service it might be ready by the end of the week. Leave my vehicle with them for over a week to check on a transmission problem? Seriously? Why not take an appointment for the Tuesday they would be able to look at it? Very pleased with the front brake job the price of the rotors and the pads were as follows. The the original OEM rotors were at a good price actually cheaper than rock auto. Pads for about the same price as I could get on Mopar OEM from the Internet. The labor was $199 but I got a $25 coupon off the price so I'm very happy with the work that was done and the brakes are perfect in good for another five years! The dealership is clean and the rest room is clean. Free coffee and snacks. We just dropped off our car off here for a service, my fiancé had a few concerns in addition to an oil change. The rep said this was an express service so they couldn't do anything except for an oil change and check the breaks.. which by the way is going to take well over a couple of hours, sounds super "express" to me. So my fiancé asked if they had real technicians back there or not and the rep said that a "specialized mechanic" could only do additional work. So what this place is saying that the techs working on your vehicle for an oil change isn't a real mechanic. However, after the purchase was made I have no been able to get in contact with anyone regarding my concerns. Either no answer or I am told I will get a call back. It's been two months and my calls have still not been returned. There were other dealerships in the area that offered a lower price for the car I purchase m, but I went with this dealership because the staff seemed nice but honestly dealing with people being nice during the buying process & not communicating at all following that process is frustrating. I took my Pacifica in for a check engine light. Wound up being my fuel injector, had one replaced December of last year, so this is the second one replaced. When they replaced the first one they failed to clean up the fuel in the troughs. Which meant a second trip. This time when I picked my vehicle up, there was a fuel smell again. Took it back and they advised it was a leaking o ring which they had to order. When I was in Wess' office, his phone rang a few times. He made a comment twice that he couldn't deal with that caller and hit a button on his phone. I am guessing it sent them to voice mail. The next day I tried to call Wess numerous times to get an update, I'm guessing he hit the same button because I was sent to voice mail. Finally Tara picked up the phone and got me my answers and had Wess call me. Once my van was ready, on a Friday afternoon, my wife went to pick up my vehicle. She noticed where the door had been hit. She pointed this out to Wess, who said we could bring it back on Monday and he'd have a loaner waiting for me to fix the door. Monday comes and I'm there when they open. Wess is no where to be found. Tara once again comes to the rescue. She looks for a loaner on Wess' desk and can't find anything. It takes her about 20 minutes to get me checked in, a loaner and out the door. My car goes to body shop where they paint the door and do an excellent job. Tuesday rolls around and I call Wess, again getting his voicemail for my numerous calls that morning. Finally I get ahold of him around 2:00. He said he was waiting for the body shop to get done and then to get the nail patched in my tire before he called me. He finally let me know my car was ready for pick up around 4:30. It took two trips to get a injector fixed. They should have found the leaking o ring before on the first trip. I don't know who hit my car door, but that is unacceptable, however they did fix it. Customer service provided by Wess was subpar. Tara rocked and saved the day. However the overall experience was not good therefore I gave it 2 stars. PS the survey they sent afterwards had a broken link. I was brought out to this dealership under the guise that they had the car I wanted only to find out once there, it was an intentional lie. Which we overheard, so we know it to be true. The classic Bait-n-Switch. They never did have it and could not get one. I was then a "flip" in their mind. The (awful) sales tactics then began. "You need to at least look at this other car. I can save you thousands if you buy it." The salesperson and the manager were in on it. By the time we left we felt dirty and abused. I would never recommend this place or anyplace where these employees land. If they have good reviews, I can only imagine they were written by family or are completely fake altogether. They are an embarrassment and absolutely shady. I spent 20 minutes explaining to my children what we had all just experienced because they also felt the same grime. Never go here. Even if they can fake you into believing they are good and honest... behind the scenes... the intentions are shameful. We were lied to so many times while there it became a joke. "The vehicle you want isnt available within 700 miles. We checked our internal system. This is a fact". We drove 100 miles and bought the exact car I wanted that same day (whole transaction took 2 hours). I literally sacrificed nothing on my checklist. I got exactly what I wanted (at a great price). I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. And even though this is the closest Dodge dealership in my area, I will drive anywhere in metro ATL to avoid coming here. A lesson we'll learned. We brought my husband's car here last month due to problems with it starting. We had taken it to 2 other car places and were referred here because they are the experts for Dodge. Yeah, right! We were told that a computer unit was the problem and we paid $1600 for it. A few days later, the car wouldn't start. So we brought it back to them. The car sat there for an entire week and no one called us to let us know anything. I called several times and no one ever called me back. So I went up there and spoke directly with Billy who is their service manager and he claimed that there was nothing wrong with the car and that he was able to start the car with no problem. Of course, I was pissed because he didn't even address the fact that the car did not start with us and was the reason we brought it back to them. So he proceeds to crank the car up several times to assure me nothing was wrong. Four weeks later, the same thing- the car wouldn't start. We had the car towed back up there. This time we dealt with Bobby, who was a smart @$& from the start. He spoke with my husband and told him that the starter was definitely out but would need to be replaced first before anything else could be looked at. And it would cost $645 for the starter! My husband told him that the starter had already been replaced before we brought it to them the first time. How about Bobby hung up the phone on my husband. Having just moved to this area five months ago we thought we would be able to get our jeep serviced here Despite many efforts to actually get a service manager to call us back about the issue at hand we have not had much luck with us and we have a warranty issue that has been outstanding Almost half a year which by default is partial Jeeps corporation issue , and the incredible lack of response from the service department is deafening. We typically buy a new vehicle every two years but we will make sure we do not use his Jeep dealer for our next vehicle based upon the current lack of response . If we were to give an Academy award for substandard follow through they would be the winner. They will also get the Oscar for not returning emails. Shottenkirk at least will respond within a day. I would kindly appreciate if any vice presidents at this dealership would like to engage me that would be incredible. This is one of those sleezy car dealerships that advertises heavily on the internet all these cars with great prices...until you show up and those cars are "sold" but they'll be glad to show you one that's 20k over your budget. Don't let these guys get your license or your keys as they try to keep them from you so they can try the high pressure sales tactics on you and grind you down. We were sold an extended warranty with a purchase of a Jeep Wrangler. We have relocated to Atlanta and have been getting serviced at another dealership. Recently we've had some issues and the engine has blown. Now for the first time we are looking to take advantage of the powertrain warranty and we were told the warranty was non existent and now are facing a $10+ price tag to replace the engine. We only purchased the vehicle because of the warranty!!!!! Now we are unable to get in contact with anyone to validate this warranty and are stuck!!! Do not buy a vehicle from here! My car was listed at 19,500 and i put 7,000 down plus $1200 trade in, i also have almost an 800 credit score so i assumes i would have a lower interest rate. So that's $8200 towards the price and guess how much i still owe?! 17,000! They managed to add on almost $6500 in interest, fees and complete bs. On my contract my listing price is wrong, they didn't take off the $500 deposit i paid for the car, there's a service contract fee of $3000 which I'm sure is a complete scam. We purchased a jeep in June. It is nearly October and we are still unable to register the vehicle. The dealership sales manager, Randy, stated that they can't do anything about it since it was the fault of Dallas Dodge. Apparently no one paid off the jeep for the person who traded it in. I have spoken to Barbara in the Title Office and have received the runaround multiple times. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Today, I was told to "just get another temporary tag" and it should be fixed by then. Randy also suggested I trade in the Jeep because "I would never have had this problem under Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram". I am so disappointed in the dealership and in the management.
