My brand new custom ordered 2023 Ford Explorer ST from Hardy Ford in Dallas, GA was an exceptional experience. The ST Experience at the Biltmore House was an unexpected bonus from Ford Enjoy having a place like Hardy for all my vehicle needs!

    LOVE my Bronco!!!!!

Straight forward pricing, friendly staff, and an excellent selection of vehicles! On Monday, I found my new car on their website and sent them an email. I was contacted immediately by Kim and from there everything was done smoothly. I was able to send photos of my vehicle to Daniel for a trade-in estimate. They gave me a great price on my trade in so I made the 3-hour drive to get my beautiful new (used) Bronco. I appreciated how quickly Kim and Daniel got things done for me. They treated me fairly and gave me a great price. If you are looking for an honest dealership with friendly, professional staff, this is your place!

We were very happy with our experience buying our 2022 Ford Bronco from Hardy. We had to pre order and wait about 8 months for the vehicle to be made but Alison stayed in contact with us the whole time, updating us and answering any questions we had along the way! Then the day that it arrived and was ready for us to purchase our salesman Tim Burton kept the completely smooth transaction going! He had everything ready to go and we were in and out and driving out Bronco within 1 hour!! The finance guy was fantastic as well! We will definitely come back for our next Bronco!! Thank you Hardy team for taking such good care of us!

    Looking at Ford Mustangs today!!!

If you are in need of a vehicle, go see Frank Velazquez! He has years of automotive sales experience with Excellent Customer Service! You will not be led wrong or not pressure sales pitch. We bought a car from him today! An awesome 2017 black Mustang!!! Also Ford is having issues with the Sync 3 on Ford Escapes and F150's. The module went out in the 2016 Escape, and we traded it in for the Mustang with no problem. I bought a new Ford F150 in Plano TX a few months ago and I will be getting the regular maintenance on it at Hardy Ford!! If you need something to ride in Go See Frank!!!

After several quick emails, we made plans to drive down the next day. It ended up being a 5 hour drive and we arrived around 2pm. After a test drive, we started signing all the papers. After a night in a local hotel, we picked it up the next morning and drove home. Rey made this an easy purchase, answered all our questions, and felt like a new friend when we were done. Oh, and this was on his day off! Very pleased with Rey and the dealership.

And the 2nd time , I told the lady I was in contact with about my 1st experience and that I only came back because of her, and I explained to her about the grilled from the previous experience, and she said we will take care of it. But the 2nd time was worse than the first time, they forgot to put my front plate again , and the grill, one side was done correctly and the other side was still not good, when I brought that to her attention, she said I only mentioned one side and not the other side, I told but if they removed the grill to work on it they should have done it correctly, she said is only an extra clip they added to it, like is no big deal.. and they only fixed the front bumper and the fender. And the back door was not done because she said the insurance company didn't want to pay for it because they said it was not part of the accident. She only told me this after she was done with all of the repairs that were approved by the insurance company. I asked her why didn't you tell me this prior to doing the repairs, she said because I was rushing her to get my vehicle back on the road. So decided to call the insurance company to see why they didn't approve the repair for the rear of the vehicle, they said because they didn't think it was consistent with the accident and that the shop agreed with them. I even had her to add her manager to the email between her and I, but the manager didn't add his two sense to it. And this is very disappointing from a reputable company like this. Thanks.

I took my Pacifica in for a check engine light. Wound up being my fuel injector, had one replaced…read moreDecember of last year, so this is the second one replaced. When they replaced the first one they failed to clean up the fuel in the troughs. Which meant a second trip. This time when I picked my vehicle up, there was a fuel smell again. Took it back and they advised it was a leaking o ring which they had to order. When I was in Wess' office, his phone rang a few times. He made a comment twice that he couldn't deal with that caller and hit a button on his phone. I am guessing it sent them to voice mail. The next day I tried to call Wess numerous times to get an update, I'm guessing he hit the same button because I was sent to voice mail. Finally Tara picked up the phone and got me my answers and had Wess call me. Once my van was ready, on a Friday afternoon, my wife went to pick up my vehicle. She noticed where the door had been hit. She pointed this out to Wess, who said we could bring it back on Monday and he'd have a loaner waiting for me to fix the door. Monday comes and I'm there when they open. Wess is no where to be found. Tara once again comes to the rescue. She looks for a loaner on Wess' desk and can't find anything. It takes her about 20 minutes to get me checked in, a loaner and out the door. My car goes to body shop where they paint the door and do an excellent job. Tuesday rolls around and I call Wess, again getting his voicemail for my numerous calls that morning. Finally I get ahold of him around 2:00. He said he was waiting for the body shop to get done and then to get the nail patched in my tire before he called me. He finally let me know my car was ready for pick up around 4:30. It took two trips to get a injector fixed. They should have found the leaking o ring before on the first trip. I don't know who hit my car door, but that is unacceptable, however they did fix it. Customer service provided by Wess was subpar. Tara rocked and saved the day. However the overall experience was not good therefore I gave it 2 stars. PS the survey they sent afterwards had a broken link. The text they sent me with Wess' phone number came back to an invalid number.

When I arrived, I was surprised to be told that my truck would need to sit at the dealership for a full week before anyone could even look at it. This doesn't make sense to me. The purpose of making an appointment should be to give the technician time on that day to at least assess the issue. Being required to leave my truck for a week without any guarantee it would even be looked at is extremely inconvenient. When I asked if I could drop it off at a later date--so the truck wasn't just sitting there--I was told by the service manager that they don't allow that. Overall, this defeats the purpose of having an appointment and makes it difficult for customers who rely on their vehicles daily.

Update! Kevin contacted me, via text after reading the…read morereview, asking that I take the review down and allow him an opportunity to come back out and look at the vehicle, free of charge. Kevin shared that he was at risk of losing his job and was a lead tech, although listed as the owner. 'Management' also contacted and asked that I take the review down and offered to refund the labor. At this point (2 days later) I had already taken the vehicle to the Toyota dealer, as his 'management' advised the vehicle was complex and initially declined looking at the vehicle without another charge. Toyota Diagnosis: improper fitting and installed spark plugs. Cost: 98$ inspection- which was deducted from repair cost. Repair cost total, including one day vehicle rental, 468.79$. I reached back out to Kevin and 'Management', via text and email, three consecutive days- excluding Sunday, explaining the outcome and requesting a partial refund (spark plugs, diagnosis, and labor). I have not received a response and am now seeking civil action. Receipts attached. Again, the purpose of this review is to bring awareness.

2011 BMW 335i e93…read more Paid $1,300+ for a repair just for him to break my clip to the fuel rail, pop off the tips/tops to my brand new $1200 coil packs, left the ignition coils unplugged and said it wouldn't start. Kevin was supposed to replace my valve cover, MAF sensor, coolant hose, Fuel Sensor B, Air intake temp sensor, and Fuel regulator. This was all supposed to fix my minor misfire problem. I wasn't able to be there for the main repair bc i had work but he had called me and told me that he couldn't start the car but everything was good, and that it was bc the battery was dead/dying. Naturally i believed him bc my car had been sitting for a while, when i had went to check on the car the day after ready to jump it the car wouldn't turn over like it would before, i told him about this initially and he said that he would come back and check on his work. He never did. But upon further inspection i found several things wrong: The bottom 2 coil packs weren't in or seated properly (when taking them out the tips/tops weren't even connected) and the connector that goes to my fuel rail had been broken. These are just the things that I had noticed off rip, so only God knows how extensive the damage really is. After I noticed all of this I brought it to his attention by calling/texting him but he wouldn't respond- when usually he would answer almost right away. Today I tried contacting him again only to find out that my number had been blocked. This has ultimately been a waste of time and a huge waste of money whereas now i have to spend even more on a wiring harness or figure out how to or even IF i can solder a new connector on, buy new coil packs, etc. on top of already spending a good amount of money on a failed and botched repair. If you want my advice, the best choice is usually the hardest one.. don't look for mobile mechanics, or mechanics who don't own an actual shop or any "do-it-yourself"ers. Just take your car to an actual shop where you can get it properly and professionally looked at. You're gonna have to spend a lot of money anyways, so you might as we do it right the first time around rather than hop scotching to different mechanics and ppl. I just wish i would've known this sooner, don't be stubborn or a penny pincher, bc pennie's pinch back and when they do it's gonna hurt like ab.
