And the 2nd time , I told the lady I was in contact with about my 1st experience and that I only came back because of her, and I explained to her about the grilled from the previous experience, and she said we will take care of it. But the 2nd time was worse than the first time, they forgot to put my front plate again , and the grill, one side was done correctly and the other side was still not good, when I brought that to her attention, she said I only mentioned one side and not the other side, I told but if they removed the grill to work on it they should have done it correctly, she said is only an extra clip they added to it, like is no big deal.. and they only fixed the front bumper and the fender. And the back door was not done because she said the insurance company didn't want to pay for it because they said it was not part of the accident. She only told me this after she was done with all of the repairs that were approved by the insurance company. I asked her why didn't you tell me this prior to doing the repairs, she said because I was rushing her to get my vehicle back on the road. So decided to call the insurance company to see why they didn't approve the repair for the rear of the vehicle, they said because they didn't think it was consistent with the accident and that the shop agreed with them. I even had her to add her manager to the email between her and I, but the manager didn't add his two sense to it. And this is very disappointing from a reputable company like this. Thanks.

After several quick emails, we made plans to drive down the next day. It ended up being a 5 hour drive and we arrived around 2pm. After a test drive, we started signing all the papers. After a night in a local hotel, we picked it up the next morning and drove home. Rey made this an easy purchase, answered all our questions, and felt like a new friend when we were done. Oh, and this was on his day off! Very pleased with Rey and the dealership.

They advised me to wait until my brake pads wore down before replacing the rotors because it would supposedly be cheaper to do it all at once. I appreciated the honesty at first. However, once I left the dealership, I noticed a mark on my vehicle that was not there before I dropped it off. I also noticed scratches around my screen and smudges inside my car. I immediately called the dealership, but no answered. After repeatedly calling, I finally got someone on the phone. I asked if they clean the inside of the cars, specifically around the dash area, and they told me no. I then explained the damage I noticed, and I was told I would need to speak with the manager, who would not be available until Monday. When Monday came, I called again and still could not get int touch with the manager. It is honestly very difficult to get anyone on the phone there. I eventually drove up the dealership myself. The manager came out, looked at my car, and took his own picture. What immediately raised a red flag for me was when he said, "This happens all the time. People claim their cars get hit here when they don't". Instead of making me feel heard, it felt like I was being accused of lying before the situation was even investigated. He went inside for quite a while and then returned saying the mark was already there when they bought my car into the shop. He claimed they take pictures before working on vehicles, but he only showed me one picture that conveniently looked similar to the picture he had just taken outside. He did not show me additional photos of my car from checking. I also asked whether the system has a timestamp on the photo, he told me no. That response made me extremely uncomfortable and did not build trust at all. Overall, I left this experience feeling very disappointed and unappreciated as a customer. I only trust my car with places I feel are honest, transparent, and accountable, and unfortunately this experience did not give me that confidence.

Terrible service; gave me a video recording of the diagnostic test and repaired items that I didn't give them permission to do. Do not go there if you have an older model Volvo. They will ruin it because their mechanics appear to lack the training or certifications needed to repair them. Take your car to classic or European shops who have mechanics that specialize in foreign cars.

I perform all maintenance on our cars except the oil changes because if we sell it shows maintenance history for oil changes. That being said they kept me there for 4 hours trying to scam me into purchasing replacement parts that were already brand new and had been replaced already. One example was the battery, it was only a month old and from that point I knew they were going to keep trying to scam. Another scam they tried was charging me for a tire rotation on a Camaro which the front tires are smaller than the rear which is offset so they had to give me my money back for that and they gave me hard to about that which I would call stealing when you take money and not want to give it back. This went on for 4 hours when a had a scheduled oil change and other customers were coming and going also getting oil changes. This is the main reason why I took my wife's car for her this time so I can see the BS they try to pull with women not knowing I work on cars too. This happens at many dealers like Ford, Dodge and Chevrolet being the worst. Over the last 2 decades I have purchased a lot of cars but this is the worse experience I have ever had for just a basic oil change.
